A must try!! This hidden gem has so much to offer. It is a Korean based cafe with authentic flavors. They have a wide menu variety with various breakfast sandwiches and bowls, to lunch items and pastries. They also have a kids menu option which is a huge plus. Inside they have casual seating and outside a large patio. This is an order at the counter kind of place. This place also has an incredibly large coffee and espresso menu - the iced lattes are incredible! They definitely pour their heart and soul into what they create

I have been to this place quite a few times. The coffee is really good and they have unique breakfast options. It has become one of my hidden gems for brunch. I only wish they would stop using ai for social. it looks extremely cheap and ugly and it really just seems like they don't care about their already designed brand or customers. Ai slop is not necessary to promote a brand. It does not help you cut costs or eliminate the need for designers. All it does is make you and your company seem fake.

The bear latte we ordered was amazing! It was perfectly sweet and was a great drink. We also got the beef soup and the kimcheese. The soup was flavorful and was a hearty meal. The kimcheese was a little too oily for my liking. And the side dishes were unfortunately flavorless. But the soup and rice were delicious. The parking was a little tricky as the lot was filled up pretty quick and people just randomly parked their cars. Overall, I liked the cafe and vibes and would come back to try their drinks.

Delicious coffee and brownie at Heart and Seoul!

Everything from food to service is amazing. On my recent visit to Roswell we got stuck because of the recent snow storms. As luck would have it we had discovered Heart and Seoul. We had breakfast there on 3 separate occasions and each time was a taste sensation. The unique combo of Korean and American foods is so yummy!! The ice coffees with their homemade syrups puts chains to shame - pistachio was my favorite! As far as food goes bring a group and try as much of the menu as you can - you can thank me later. Finally, the staff is friendly and so knowledgeable - they'll steer you to the right dish! My daughter loved the gluten free brownies!

Had an occasion to visit this this family-owned spot, run by two Korean American sisters. They really know how to make Korean American fusion interesting! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a nice place for a casual breakfast or lunch. While seating is a bit sparse, it's mainly challenging to find a table if you come with a large group. There is also outdoor seating available, which is a nice option when the weather is pleasant. I decided to try the mandu guk, which is a comforting dumpling soup that came with some light banchan. Really would have been perfect if it was dduk mandu guk, but for Roswell? I'm not complaining. All the banchan tasted pretty good and complemented the soup nicely. The mandu guk itself was rich and satisfying, perfect for a chilly day. The dumplings were big and delicious, adding a nice texture to the broth. I noticed some other interesting dishes on the menu, like the aegi sandwich with a fried egg and kimchi pancake, which imma try next time. :) As a cafe, they offer a full range of caffeinated beverages, including sweet potato lattes and iced plum tea, along with alcoholic options like soju and Cass beer, which can be combined to make somaek if you're inspired. It's too bad they don't offer dinner service, though. Speaking of, service is counter-style, but they do drop off the food at your table. The staff was very friendly. They even surprised us with some brownie bites on the house, which was a nice touch. One downside is the parking situation; it's a gravel lot that can be difficult to navigate, especially when it gets busy. It can be tricky to get in and out if all the spaces are occupied. Definitely recommend Heart & Seoul Cafe if you're looking for a unique dining experience in Roswell. The combination of Korean and American flavors oriented around breakfast, lunch, and brunch is pretty cool. In some ways, it fills the spot Dosirak's closure created in this area. Happy to see them here.

Great new Korean Cafe restaurant tucked in by the Roswell Public Library in the heart of the city. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. They helped us figure out the items on the menu and made very good recommendations. The food was delicious and healthy. The chef/owner came out to greet us and make sure we were happy with our orders. We had the Bulgogi bowls. Yum! For dessert, we had the matcha blueberry and the blueberry scones. Not too sweet and berries were fresh and bursting with flavor. The espresso and cappuccino we ordered were also very well made. That was a plus. Definitely, we will go back!

I LOVE this place! Food was delicious. Everything was good and the place just feels very homey. They have a water stand area that is super helpful so you don't have to keep asking for whatever. Perfect place for a date night or even just to work from during the day, definitely will be back.

I stumbled upon this place when I was walking my dog and it's so cute!!! The staff is super friendly, it's much bigger than it looks! They have an entire patio in the back! I'm not super big on coffee but I tried something sweet and it was so good!! They have several options to drink and their tea is amazing !!!! They have a full menu the food is so good! I definitely will be back it's an amazing place to catch up with a friend or knock out some work.

Baked goods are great! Woman-owned business! I was at the farmers market in Roswell a couple of saturdays ago and got coffee from one of the tents. Turns out it is a Korean cafe&bakery. The young lady directed me to her mother's shop down the street because she said she had kimchi for sale! Drove immediately to the cafe. So cute! The food is amazing!!! Fresh! The aunt had just freshly made the kimchi for sale (in little cute jars). The rice dishes are amazingly, the scallion pancake dishes were so good. Great Korean snack foods!!! Oh and the bakery goods! Oh my! Scones and brownies and such with a Korean twist. Takeaway dishes were packed well. The owners, daughters, aunts and all the ladies who work there were so cheerful and happy! It's a great place to stop by for coffee and a treat! Oh and very small parking in back of the building. No lines on the spaces so please be kind when parking!

Just what Roswell needs! This is the best place I've experienced in Roswell since Swallow at the Hallow; they've been gone for a long time. There's lots of flavor here, from the food to the decor to the music. It's truly a hidden gem a stone's throw from the library. They have an incredible menu. I got the breakfast bowl, and it was very impressive. Delicious fresh ingredients and a lovely presentation. They know their coffee and have a nice espresso machine. I'm always a sucker for help yourself cucumber and mint water. The owners put a lot of thought and effort into this place, and it shows. I'm shocked they're not busier.

Amazing service and food. I had a rice bowl with salmon and tofu. Everything was cooked perfectly. The old school Coke in a glass bottle is a very nice touch

Wow !! Amazing details on food! I drive 45 min to eat and a joy a perfect home made soup and cup of coffee! Is so worth my drive. Service is always happy and full of energy.

The cafe has a very homey atmosphere, with the ordering counter being right in front when you walk in. I took a look at the seasonal menu and ordered the gingerbread cortado. While our drinks were being made, we decided to explore the shop. There was one more room in the back that's ducked off from the rest of the cafe, giving a more cozy and intimate vibe. Since there was already a good amount of people, there were no empty tables for my friend and I to sit at. It took about 10 minutes for both of our drinks to be ready, which isn't a long wait. Upon initially trying my drink, I hated it. The orange flavor in the drink caught me off guard, the nutmeg gave it a spicy element, and there was a strong espresso taste coming through. After some time, I got used to the taste and it wasn't as shocking to my palette, but I personally don't prefer cortado coffee drinks. If I'm back in the area I would definitely stop here, but I'd probably order a drink I'm more familiar with.

I ordered a pot of their Gayo Ginger tea and it was delicious and just what I needed and wanted. It had a nice little bite to it. My favorite savory bite was the Lemper Ayam, made with sticky rice and shredded chicken which was so yummy. My favorite sweet bite was the Dadar Gulung. It definitely was something I've never had anything close to before and I really enjoyed it. That grated coconut in there gave the treat so much heartiness and flavor inside that rolled pandan pancake. Our seating area was in the general area, but still great and because the place is pretty small anyway there's not a ton of people inside which makes it very intimate and personable. I especially want to thank the restaurant for the menus with our names on them. That was really a wonderful gesture. Such a lovely experience. I definitely would recommend for all tea lovers out there. It really would be a cute date idea too for a tea loving couple. And the strip mall that it's in has plenty of parking. Now at the time that we went it was a little bit limited because I think a lot of people happen to be over that way eating Sunday brunch or dinner so it was a little bit packed, but I was able to find something immediately.

The interior was adorable but what impressed us the most was their approach to coffee. We had no idea there were so many different ways to process coffee beans so we ended up looking them up while enjoying our drinks. Once we learned more about them, we were so intrigued that we actually ordered some coffee online afterward! It was easy to see why this cafe is so popular. The line kept getting longer and longer the entire time we were there. It's a fairly small cafe so seating was pretty limited as well. I ordered the Latte with Caramel Cardamom and it was delicious! My husband got the Coffee Shot of Chamomile Pink Bourbon from their "Coffee Nerd Drinks" menu. He was especially interested in it because of the brewing method. I'm usually not a black coffee drinker but I tried a sip and was surprised by how much I liked it. Still, I really liked the vibe of the restaurant, and all that they had to offer, so we decided to try again. Well, again, we ordered the Galbijjim...and this time, there wasn't a Regular or Spicy like last time. We also ordered a small size of Seafood Pancake. Well...Gotta be frank. This time, the Galbijjim was TOO mild. In fact, it even had this brown watery soup base (which I don't remember was a thing with Galbijjim??). WOW. Just can't seem to find the right balance here. Quite disappointing because we both were knocked over by just how AMAZING it was in the original Duluth location. Unfortunately, the Galbijjim at this location is just not the same. It's either too hot-spicy...or too mild (and soupy?!?). Also, the portion is WAY smaller...almost too small. If you look at the hot pot, it barely fills the bowl (?!?). Too mild...too soupy...and too skimpy. So again, we were quite disappointed. We agreed that if we're to have Galbijjim, we'll be going to the Duluth location over this one. Two Strikes, and OUT for me! Their side dishes were good...but again, I felt that the Duluth location offers a much more spirited variety of sides as well. Not sure why this is the case? I found this surprising as well...given how high the ratings were here?? Luckily, there was something we were impressed with...and that was their Seafood Pancake. It was MUCH crunchier than how I remembered it in the past...and both my husband and I agreed that this was THE best version we've had to date! We regretted not ordering the large size of this...as we enjoyed this more than the Galbijjim! It's so unfortunate that I'm still not able to upgrade the review to 5 stars...especially given how I love the vibe of this restaurant! Service is quite good too. But their Galbijjim continues to disappoint...so must dock another star. Maybe if I/we revisit, I'll order something else from their menu...and hopefully, it'll be better than their version of Galbijjim???
