The hygienist lit a candle and gave me a little swab of lavender oil. It was a really great experience. She was friendly, stayed on task and I was out of there, a new patient, in just about 45 minutes. The treatment was a little different than I had previously had in that there wasn't just scrapping, there was a seperate tool used. It was so much faster and more thorough. I loved it.

Maybe towards the end which is normal and I appreciated the dentist asking me if I was okay but just seeing my signs of discomfort instead of telling me to hold on. The hygienist was gentle but tough when needed to me. Never was I uncomfortable and I walked out feeling my teeth were fresh. The front desk was very welcoming. So I paid the out of pocket of $350 and did the cleaning. Two months later they said the insurance actually won't cover it and I owe another $550. Typically there is more transparency if you're taking a gamble with the insurance company and you may have to pay more. The insurance company denied the claim because there was no evidence of the cleaning needed....so why was it presented to me as critical? It's beyond frustrating to put your trust in a new medical professional and then feel like you're oversold for them to make a profit from either the insurance company or the patient individually.

I…read morerecently had two wisdom teeth extracted and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, before, during, and post surgery. Wasn't really sure what to expect, since it was my first time undergoing a major dental procedure, and my only reference was all the horror stories people had shared about their wisdom teeth. Dr. Fiorucci and Donna took very good care of me, I barely experienced any post surgery pain or swelling (actually kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and for my cheeks to swell up as much as everyone said they would). I am currently healing, since it's only been a week, but everything is looking and feeling great.

He describes it as a twilight sleep, he uses a mixture of laughing gas and IV sedation to keep you comfortable and calm during the procedure. While under the twilight sleep, you are aware of what is going on but you don't care at all. I kept falling asleep during the entire procedure, and don't remember much of it. He asked me multiple times if I felt any pain, and would adjust meds as needed. He asked me how long I thought it took, I said 30 mins and it actually took an hour and a half. So you have no sense of time passing, the sedation he puts you under is very pleasant. My wisdom teeth were very impacted so he took an x-Ray at the end to make sure he got everything. I just had them removed two days ago and I'm feeling pretty great so far. I would recommend him to everyone I know.
