Overall I will say Doctor Mai is very understanding and straight forward, but I just don't feel it is right to be forced to another office location due to insurance when it is the same exact Doctor. 4 Stars is due to the office staff making mistakes on scheduling and yes I had to personally re-schedule, but I always called in advance to re-schedule if needed. I just do not think it is fair to tell me I have to bring my kids to the Rainbow location and then come to find out they do not open until 9am. I was sitting in the parking lot at 8:20am and when I saw 9am I was upset and left. The office attempted to apologize and even said they did not understand why I was being told to go to the other location just yet as I had not started phase 2 of any treatment plan.
