I've gone to Julie twice for Botox and both times the results barely lasted a month -- nowhere near the several months I've had with other providers. Each visit she kept saying she was making a "brand-new batch," which honestly just made me more uneasy. I also went in for under-eye filler and repeatedly asked for a specific method, but she insisted on using a cannula -- which is well-known for not giving good results in that area. On top of that, the PRP treatment here was just as disappointing. Between the Botox, filler, and PRP, this place has been a complete waste of time and money for me. Last week I had a scheduled appointment for 11:30am. I arrived 11:20am and was seated into the room on time. I waited and waited and being ignored by every staff until 11:55am when I got up and told them that I needed to leave to go to work. I told them that it is not acceptable (I whispered it because I was sick that day) to wait this long but did not drag it further because I did not want to make a scene. I also asked for a refund because this was a part of a Groupon treatment. Katie (the director) said that she would give me a call regarding that. No one called. (Mind you I drove 40 minutes for this appointment where I was ignored and received no services). When I called later that day to talk to Ryan (the founder) and ask him for a refund, they told me that he would be in on Friday. I called on Friday and the rudeness of the front desk can be matched with their ignorance. The front desk lady said that Ryan is not available and that I can call on Monday. I asked her what if he is not available on Monday either? She responded "Then I can't help you! He can't call every single person that requests a call! Give me more information what happened." I did and she gaslit me saying "That is completely normal to wait 25 minutes" (for the procedure that lasts 5 minutes - Botox.) No, it is not normal to be ignored for 25 minutes. Then I asked to talk to Katie (who promised to get in touch with me regarding the refund.) Response: "She is not here!" So I called on Monday, Katie called me back with an option of coming back (again) for services or a refund. I opted for a refund because there is no way I am going back after all this unnecessary drama. Then Katie came back with "I asked Groupon to give you a refund. Wait 24 hours." So, I did. After 24h, I contacted Katie again, she said to wait another 24h. At this point, I contacted Groupon myself because Katie was not doing it. Eventually, it was a Groupon who gave me a refund. When I informed Katie that I had to take care of it, Katie responded "Sometimes tickets don't sync up!" Ok, Katie, whatever you say. At this point, one staff covers up for another one and absolute ignorance and arrogance of this place is up for a display but you cannot do anything about it because they stick up for each other. Had lipo here 2 years ago and they left me with these big scars dead in the middle of my stomach. She made 11 incisions on me 5 in front and 6 in the back. Went into the clinic multiple times to ask for help or ideas to work on removing them; the doctor apologized deeply and swore they'd look into it and call me with some sort of resolution. I was VERY disappointed by the way business was conducted. They were looking for "models" to receive a discounted procedure in exchange for content and in my case it was a bbl. I met with them in person, met with Dr. Dave, did the consult and we came up with a game plan. I signed the paperwork, and I ordered all of my supplies (+700$). I was very communicative as to be sure I was doing everything correctly. The surgery approaches and we are now several weeks from surgery day and the coordinator communicates that I'm not a good social media candidate anymore because I'm "too fit" and may "get bullied online because of it" even though 2 months prior at the consult they said I was perfect and would render great results (mind you my body has not changed at all). They said they no longer are going to use me for content and that the surgery will now be double the price than originally stated and to let them know if I'd like to move forward. If you will have something to be done at restore med clinic especially with Julie be carefull I had morpheus 8 with her and I got nerve damage and a big scar in my neck which is causing too bad pain for two month now I can't move my neck without painkillers. She went very deep and very aggrisive in areas she shouldnt be aggressive and deep in. Plus I didn't get any benefits from morpheus except the bad neck pain, burning sensation and the scar it looks like that I had a surgery. Also I had botox with her then my brows had a very bad high arch then after I told her about it she dropped my brows very low and said its not me and asked me if I went to another spa??? My mom spent $10,000 and i spent $4,000 at your clinic, and left with horrible results. That is still $14,000 dollars for uneven lipo ? that's crazy. Additional fat removal that was no cost to me ? you said i needed TWO injections of kybella. One that was free and one that i had to pay myself. Nothing was offered completely free to fix the issue. and lastly, your notes don't have any indication of postoperative complications? do you guys not see the photos? There were no complications but the lipo was done poorly. AS YOU CAN SEE in the photos. i'm guessing your telling future clients, that just because there weren't any complications on your notes. Revisions wouldn't be a cheaper price. We don't like our lipo! the job wasn't done correctly! that should be enough for a revison and a appropriate price. read more

I have debated writing this review, but I know how much I rely on them when making my decisions. I went here in May for a J-plasma consultation and spider vein treatment. Let me be perfectly clear that Katie and everyone I interacted with was perfectly wonderful. They are kind, knowledgeable, and really made me feel comfortable about this procedure which could cause discomfort (it really didn't for me thankfully). Anyway, they took 'before' pictures and I pointed out that I had one area on my inner right knee that bothered me the most. If they could take care of that, I would be one happy customer. So she focused on that, and then when she apparently has gotten them all there, she still had solution left so we did a small area on the back of my left knee, and then the fronts of my left and right thighs. There was more bleeding then I had expected. (I don't know that I had really thought about that.) She then went over the after-care instructions and the importance of staying out of the sun and the compression garments. I immediately ordered them and followed her instructions to the letter. I really didn't let myself look at the areas for 2 weeks (how long I wore the compression stockings) and then I was kinda surprised, but I know I bruise easier than most people. So I decided to give it even more time. Well, at 6 weeks I figured it was pretty well set. So, my 'main area' of the inner right knee looks some better, but definitely not gone. The back of my left knee is definitely the best, from what I can tell it's completely gone. I don't see a lot of change on the front of my right thigh, but I could be misremembering. But the main problem is - the front of my left thigh is actually so much worse than it was. I now have what looks like almost permanent bruises that weren't there before. I'm not thrilled that the veins are still there but I know it can take more than once and this wasn't the main area I wanted done. But I'm really unhappy that these seemingly permanently bruises have developed. I've already been asked about them several times, they aren't subtle. Taking an area that I was already very insecure and self conscious about, and making it worse is not why I went and had this done (and spent money)! I really WISH I had had a better experience, I liked the people and the clinic overall so much! read more

Brought the wife here numerous times, paid for her to get Morpheus 8 packages and the ever so popular Emsculpt Neo. We don't see any difference in her face with Morpheus 8 after 6 treatments so I'm not sure who's photos they used here on Yelp, or the person doing the treatments maybe wasn't right for my wife. She mentioned to the lady doing the treatments that she wasn't seeing any results and it was kind of brushed off. As for the emsculpt, we did see some results but after eight treatments it certainly wasn't what you would expect or have seen from other people you know that got the same treatment elsewhere. Last but not least, the owner/doctor came in one afternoon while we were leaving and he gave us some cold look and didn't acknowledge us, I guess that's why this place isn't very busy overall. I'm giving 3 stars beca the ladies are nice but I had originally had gone in for one thing and ended up w something else being done. So I trusted them moved forward. I did lipo 360 hd and I don't recommend at all. My stomach is left w dents, I'm uneven and my skin is still numb and hurts and I had my procedure in Jan. They offered to touch up etc but I never want that done again. I don't want MORE anesthesia dumped directly into my tissues when they are still numb. Now I can't go out in a bathing suit or shorts. I will have to have a plastic surgeon fix what was done. Hi Katie. Yes I had to cancel first appointment because my baby and I caught COVID. Then he has been sick ever since. Also I tried to reschedule for Friday again but your girls don't generally dont do post ops on Fridays after 2:30 and I had to pick up a schedule for being out so many days of work. One of the main reasons that I love going to this location is the staff. Everyone makes you feel very welcomed and sometimes in this environment it can be extremely intimidating. So far I have done a variety of skin care treatments including injectables for my Botox and recently got my lips done and I have nothing but great things to say about Julie as an injector. I also get my facial done with Sophie who always leave me skin glowing! I also think it's great that they offer so many different deals and packages on your services. I'm a little sad to have to write this review. I did call the clinic and to help resolve the issue but the conclusion was there is no resolution. It's actually been quite sometime since I had my procedure but the more I talk about it with people the more I think it's important to write a review. I had kiss lip injections and Botox here. After 10 days my lips had small bumps all over where the needles and solution were inserted. I ended up going to another office and they tried to pop the bumps saying that the solution was not massaged properly after it was done. Overall the bumps fully went away after about 3 months, but the look of filler went away when the bumps did. I wouldn't go here I was really upset with my results. I'm editing this to respond to their response. I think it's most interesting that the comment back is that the solution isn't supposed to be massaged after. I went to a clinic where I am from that is HIGHLY rated and they were shocked that the solution wasn't massaged. So I don't agree with that. The options I was given for solution were unrealistic. I'm not going to travel back to where I was vacationing just to get lip injections somewhere that I had a horrible experience at. I would t go here. read more
