Visiting the farmers market with my family today and I was craving a good burger per usual. I was nearby waiting for my daughters churro order at a nearby business when I decided to called in my order to Beyond The Butcher. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a coke. Walked over after a while to pay and pick up my meal. Staff was super personable and let me know my order would be ready in just another minute. Didn't take much longer and my meal was ready. Went to my table not far from where an open mic was happening. The burger patty was thick and glistening. I noticed and nice crisp to the bun from the griddle. The first bite into the burger was phenomenal. The bacon offered a great crisp texture to every bite. I can't believe it's taken me so long to come here. This place is definitely going to be a regular stop when craving a good burger. The fries definitely left something to be desired. Not very fresh tasting. The burger was like caviar while the fries were along the lines of canned tuna. The quality and flavor of the burger is just high that when you taste the fries they just bring you down a little. Exceptionally rude service. They had a $5 mimosa special, I waited at the bar two separate times to order a drink since he wouldn't look at me. He came over and I asked for the drink with tajin on the run and he said it was apple cider mimosa, and when I ordered he rudely said 9 vs. 16 ounces, so I assumed the larger one would be better since it took so long to get any attention. It was $14 bucks. It was also not a tajin drink but cinnamon, even though I asked which one had tajin and he told me it was that drink. If you're a carnivore, get here pronto. I had some of their sliders, gave one to my friend and she raved about that slider for days. Prices could be better. They have two stores one where you can pick out your meat and buy it by the pound then bring it to the other store and they cook it for 10$. Which then comes to about 20$ for food. Their fries or any other sides cost 4.50$ which is insane for a side dish. But dam when the food came out it was good. The burger was half pounder and they do have some toppings if you like. You have to ask to have sauce on it which they asked me to remind me. They also have two or three beers on tap.
