I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Just a great business.

Their staff clearly needs more training…read more I called them early in the morning, initially asking if a vehicle on their property that I was interested in (and which was still listed on their website) was still available for a PPI inspection. I clearly specified the year, make, model AND trim. The person I spoke with on the phone confirmed that it was indeed still available for inspection, and could be looked at during any of their open office hour times. With that confirmation in mind, I then placed a $200+ order with a PPI inspection company to schedule an appointment. Hours later I heard back from the PPI inspector who had arrived at the dealership; but with bad news --- apparently, the vehicle had already been sold, potentially days before I had even called the dealership that morning. This was despite the PPI inspector also having separately called up the dealership ahead of driving over and also confirming that the vehicle was available for an inspection that day. All said and done, I may ultimately have wasted a couple of hundred dollars needlessly on an inspection that wasn't even possible to take place in the first place. Motors on Wheels needs to train their staff better to confirm that their vehicles are in fact available for inspection when requested, as well as drop their listings from their website once they're sold. Having potential customers needlessly waste their money on impossible inspections is a senseless waste of money that could be easily prevented with better safeguards and training. If the dealership can't ensure against simple issues like this, I can't help but wonder what other sorts of issues exist at their dealership that aren't as readily visible. I unfortunately cannot recommend this dealership.

They removed an old, detached muffler, heat shields that no longer comes on the new muffler assembly from the dealer due to the other heat shields already attached to the frame of the vehicle. The team could have recommended replacing the whole muffler or crafting custom shields because the others weren't available with the dealer anymore. Came back to them several months later and they told me that it was a lot of people interested on the Land Cruiser but they turned it down because it was a diesel engine. At the end, they told me they sold it but they lost money. I was confuse because I put a lot of money In to it. the could sell it for more. couple months went back to them for AC, oil change and other minor repairs on the Mustang. From $3 k estimate got me for $8k charge. A oil change and spar plugs cost me more than $580. Felt like they were trying to get their money back for the loss of the Land Cruiser. I didn't complaint, I found parts painted different colors, rusty parts, different hardware not original, supposed to be new carpet It was old and stain, Door handles ripped and broken, Ripped seats, water leaks, air come through on the freeway while you're driving, dash cover ripped and painted different color and many more Issues. The got me good, do not recommend and trust them for any deal.
