I do not recommend you pawning things here or even doing business with this pawn shop . I was late only 2 weeks because my son passed with in those 2 weeks and I had came to take out my item and I know it would be a lil of a up charge for them being late . No they said it was lost and I could do nothing about it and I even told them the situation I had and they did not care . so that tells you for a business read more

I was robbed and managed to geolocate my stolen merchandise to this store. I called and informed them of the situation thirty minutes after they bought my stolen jewelry. Gave a detailed description of the items and robber. Instead of doing the right thing, they denied doing anything at all and told me not to bother calling the police. Got my jewelry jack the next day with the help of the cops. This place not only knowingly purchases stolen goods, but they're completely unwilling to help until police intervention. They're also extremely mean! read more

If I could give him zero stars I would. We took my husbands snap on tools for a loan which was over worth over $900 because they were new never used and we had receipts. He looked then up and offered $50 for each and told my husband he had seen them sold for under $100 each, which didn't make any sense because why would he offer $50 for something that only costs $100? Plus he was looking at used incomplete sets not new sets. Snap On does not even sell the master set any longer because it's more expensive to sell them separately which makes the set all the more valuable. We took them to another shop in the Rancho Cucamonga area and they gave us a $280.00 Loan. BG thinks we're pushovers and doesn't offer a fair price to Loan and try's to cheat their own residents. So sad that when you need a bit of help some people can be like leaches and take advantage to drain every bit of blood from you. Worst Pawn Shop ever read more

As soon as we walked in Maria's energy was off. The vibe felt intense and her greeting didn't appear sincere. There was a disabled lady with her granddaughter or toddler child. The lady moved forward and was immediately told by Maria to get back and allow privacy for the customer she was working with. It appeared that Maria, the employee was annoyed with the lady and the toddler. Then, it was horrifying to hear the man that works across from Maria, who was working with a white couple. Thw male employee had the audacity to tell the Asian disabled lady, "We also have things back here that you might steal!" I was in disbelief and disgusted with his unnecessary, unprofessional comments. It appeared that the disabled lady was being bullied before our eyes. Most importantly, we left after waiting for 40 minutes because we couldn't get over how they treated the disabled lady. They appeared to be racist because they didn't treat a vulnerable customer with respect and dignity.

Was told all trees were suitable to high desert soil and climate. Bought two cherry trees, one…read morepear, one fig, one pomegranate, one mulberry (non fruit bearing). Bought grow mulch and followed all planting and watering instructions. Cherries and pear were all dead in 2 months, fig and pomegranate have 3-4 leaves remaining. Only non-fruit mulberry remains as moderately healthy. When I called I was told I should have been watering differently than originally told and basically I was out of luck. Spent several hundred dollars not including augar rental and some labor hands to help due to hard high desert soil. These trees were bought in May of this year. Found out home depot stands behind their plants and accepts returns for quite some time. Note: person helping us was very nice so no complaints about in person customer service.
