There was someone in the back vacuuming with a shop vac on high for our entire visit. We ordered the fried pickles, the BLAT with steak fries and a Caesar salad. All of the food was really good. The service was not. When the pickles came we were not given napkins, utensils, or plates. The waitress disappeared into the back. We were able to find some napkins on the bar. The next time we saw her she put the food down and we asked for the napkins. She never came back by to ask about refill on soda or water. She asked if I wanted catsup and I said yes.
