I love this place for so many reasons! When it comes to their sandwiches their rolls are amazing! The owner told me they get their rolls par baked from a local bakery everyday and bake them as needed throughout the day and you can definitely tell. Their meats and cheeses are top quality. No fillers or junk. Just the real deal. And I love their different mayos. My two favorite are the pesto mayo & the chipotle mayo. As far as salads go, my favorite is the Chinese chicken from the grab and go section. I ask them to toss it for me so it is ready to eat out of the container. I have also made my own salad from the salad bar, which was just as great! So many toppings and dressings to choose from. The options are endless! When there are so many additives and questionable ingredients at restaurants these days I will gladly pay a little extra to get quality ingredients I am not afraid to eat or feed my family. Stopped in this afternoon to eat quickly with my sister while waiting for one of the kids to get out of school. I was very happy that they have sliced sourdough, and the sandwich was amazing. Turkey was flavorful, bread was soft. Each of us got a sandwich, a bag of chips and a drink. We also ordered cookies - the Heath Bar cookies were SO legit. I have been coming here for several months now, and it is spot on every time. Their salads are fresh, healthy and reasonably priced. You can create your own salads so you will never be bored when eating here. The staff are friendly and efficient, and are always sanitary with hand washing and putting on gloves while they make your food. Very convenient to pick up a salad or sandwich on the way home or to work. I have tried both the small and regular sized salads several times, and the Rueben sandwich is delish! I didn't see the Rueben on the menu but you can ask for it on Rye bread. I plan to continue being a regular customer and try more of their sandwiches. I just got a #5 Reuben and it was inedible. The rye bread was barely toasted, there was SOOO much "Russian" sauce that the bread was mush. I picked the corned beef out and it looked and tasted like cheap processed meat. If this is a 5 star establishment I must really lower my expectations. Went for the first time today and I'm glad to say I'll be back! I was with a friend and we were trying to fine a place where they have salads and sandwiches and not too pricey. We gave this place a try and I loved the idea of it. There's not many places where you can create your own salads (like subway for salads). I got a Ruben and a salad and I was glad they give you a large portion of the salad. The sandwiches arnt mind blowing delicious but they're good. I created my own sandwich. 2 meats 1 cheese with no produce on dutch crunch. For paying a little more than $8 for a sandwich I was disappointed how little meat they put on. It was close to about 1 thin layer of each meat. The bread was quite good. The atmosphere has a high end feel, but it feels a bit pretentious since its a deli. Workers are nice. Ultimately, I would not go back do to the small portions of meats on the sandwich. I can order the same thing at Mr Pickles and easily get twice the amount of meat without having to pay extra. read more

I wasn't too impressed. I ordered the chicken fajita sandwhich. The chicken was similar to the rubbery/rectangular chicken Costco uses in their Cesar salads. There were maybe 3 pieces of that chicken on each half if my sandwhich with a few bell peppers sprinkled in. It was really lack luster considering I paid $10. I've been to this sandwich and salad place twice. The first time was amazing! But today on 10/30/14 and the lady at the front didn't get my order right or my name. Before I even ordered I stated, " This is a weird order but I especially asked for a grilled cheese sandwich with cranberry sauce and turkey". As I drove down the street and realized my sandwich was cold. I went back to the restaurant and told the manager, who was rude and sarcastic, gave me attitude to the point where I didn't even want the sandwich anymore. They told the sandwich back and melted the cheese and grilled the turkey, NOT THE SANDWICH!!! It shouldn't be that hard to make a grilled sandwich. For the price, lack of service and the wait. I love eating here but after I saw the girl who was cutting up someone's chicken come over and ring us up with her gloves on and go back and continue with the food I am quite disappointed and upset , is this really where I want to eat again ! I would give them a 5 star for the sandwiches and 1 star for their handling of food and money .. disgusting . We were looking for a light lunch, this place sounded like a good idea, unfortunately it didn't turn out as well as we expected. Parking was difficult, even though it was in a huge shopping center. There was no one in the place when we got there. We ordered from one gentleman and then we were sent down to another cash register where we had to tell her our order again. Then after we sat down, there was NOT ONE clean table, the first gentleman called me over to pick my salad toppings, but he was already helping someone else. So a third person came over and made my salad, she seemed thoroughly bothered that she had to do it too. There was a list of salad dressings, but no way to tell what they tasted like. Well the one I got was SUPER SALTY! And the amount of dressing was excessive. I ordered the combo so I also had half a sandwich, the tri tip. Overrated sandwiches. Quite a poor ingredients-to-bread ratio and overpriced for amount of meat you actually get in sandwich. Tasted fresh, tasty veggies, good for lunch during work, bad for sandwich enthusiasts. Still prefer a cheaper priced Safeway sandwich. The guy has kind of a penny pincher menu in terms of combo ingredients; didn't remember seeing avocado anywhere though I'm sure you can add it to the already steep prices. I hate to write a something negative based on one time eating here but since it was both service and food I feel like saying something. This place was exceptionally poor. The person taking the order needed three times of going over the ingredients of my sandwich order before he was confident, turkey, mayo, mustard, pickles, lettuce, and tomato, then after I leave I find they forgot the turkey in my turkey sandwich. LoL, I went back in and instead of just making me a new one they deconstructed my sandwich and left it a scattered mess.
