Fantastic! I've driven past this place in the Cold Stone / Starbucks / Five Guys parking lot a number of times, but never once gave it a second look. I was in the mood for a sandwich and it popped up as a top hit on, you name it, Yelp. So, I went. And I wasn't disappointed! I got the jerk chicken sandwich, which was fantastic. The bread was nice and fresh - soft, to boot. I would like to note there was a TON of garlic in this sandwich. Not enough to dock them points for it, but it may be too much for some people. Given the past retaliation from the business owner bc of bad reviews, I'm hesitant to post to this page. But, I feel my experience is in line with previous reviews and don't want people to waste their time here. I ordered trip tip. There was ONE slice of meat on each half of the sandwich. It was burnt. Completely burnt. I took one bite and felt like I was eating beef jerky. It was disgusting. Check out my photo - this is just poor quality and lazy. Whoever put it together couldn't recognize that it was burnt and take the time to remake it? Had a meal here the other day. The sandwiches were mediocre with anemic lettuce and tomatoes. The soup was was $5 for a small size and was just OK. The salads are delicious! They provide generous portions with a wide variety of greens and toppings. I would take it to go as it is freezing in their establishment. The service is very passive and not very friendly. I asked for no cheese or onions and got it anyway. The same person who did my order and prepared the sandwich. Another plus is that they do serve some bottled beer, but the variety is limited. My suggestion is to get a beautiful salad with a choice of fresh toppings to go and drink a beer while you are waiting. Don't stick around. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this deli. Their sandwiches are pretty solid and they have a menu of traditional sandwiches you can order, or create your own. They also have a create your own salad or you can pick form their list. The portion size is good and well thought out. The seated area is clean up after yourself so it can be cleaner or dirtier based on when you happen to go but overall I found it met our needs. Stopped in quickly to pick up a sandwich on our way to wine tasting. I called ahead to have it ready. It was ready when I got there 10 minutes later. And, OMG, it was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. The sourdough roll was soft and divine. I have not had bread that good ever on a sandwich. We had Turkey and Pepper Jack with lettuce, tomatoes. I asked for very light Mayo and mustard ... and they got it right too. I will be back for sandwiches on sourdough often. read more

Great sandwich shop! I go here all the time. Their dutch crunch is on point along with their spinach wraps. I normally get their number 3 with bacon, their Cubano or their roast beef with green chili (#2). All are freakin' great. The best part about Bianchini's is how fresh their ingredients are. Always fresh, high quality and wonderful. The worst part is the lack of variety. Never any new sandwiches. Sometimes new soups, but who likes soup? Not this guy. I would love it if they made a turkey, tomato jam, brie, provolone, apple, bacon and pesto sandwich. That on dutch crunch would seriously be good enough where I might propose to whoever made it. Keep it up! Just for the love of god! Add a couple new sandwiches or have some "specials" where we get some more variety. read more

I have three experiences with Bianchini's (Santa Rosa) and only one of them is good ..hence the one star rating. Experience #1 - Former location. Found hair in my salad, went up to counter and told the worker. All I got was a sorry. No invitation to remake salad, I threw the rest away $15+ down the drain. Would you want to eat the rest of a salad you just found hair in? #2 new location on Industrial. Called in an order for my husband, it was ready when I arrived and he loved it. #3 After loving his previous sandwich, we visited on Saturday 10/30 12:30-1. We were thrilled that it wasn't crowded (especially during a weekend lunch hour!) and there was only one group (3 people in the group) in front of us. We walked in viewed the menu and waited about 5 minutes. While we were waiting a woman approached the register from a table and asked about her soup as it has now been 20 minutes and her kid was hungry. The very rude female clerk snapped at the customer stating she would get to it when she could as she had all these other orders ahead (gesturing to the orders on the counter). This woman was clearly sitting at a table with other food so had more than likely ordered prior to the other orders coming in! Seeing 5 plus pieces of paper and knowing there were at least 3 more in front of us from the people there, we left. Before we could back out of our parking spot the people in front of us left too! This will be our last attempt at Bianchini's there is NEVER an excuse to be rude to someone or delay in person orders to accommodate phone orders, especially when more than one person is working! Suggestion: One worker does call in orders (state the practical length of time for one person to make the sandwiches ordered) and the second helps the in-person customers. Bianchini's not only lost our business that day and in the future but likely that of the people in front of us. read more

I have been here before and never really had an issue. The last two times have not been good experiences. Last week I came in for a salad and the girl who helped me was obviously new. She didn't really know where some things where, asked for where the dressing was and then just put it on without asking if I wanted it on the side. I'm not giving two stars because of that. Everyone is new somewhere at some point, but the light vinaigrette was super tangy and overpowering. Not good. Today.. came in to get a salad to go. The chicken was WAY over cooked. So dry that you wouldn't be able to rehydrate even if you tried. I got manderin in my salad instead of corn, which I asked for. Service wasn't too great either. Not too pleased. Love this place. My wife and I go here for lunch on the rare occasion that we are both home on a Saturday. I get the big salad (which is really big). You can pick from three or four kinds of greens (I always get spinach) and then you can choose from about 30 or 40 add ins (everything from corn and red onions to olives to shredded cheeses and various kinds of nuts) and about 1/2 dozen different dressings. They spin it all together in a big bowl and serve it. Really great way to "get your veggies." My wife gets the turkey sandwich, which she raves about. (She really likes the bread.) They have a wide selection of beverages (sodas, juices, mineral water, a few bottles beers and two beers on tap, which ain't bad). They also have the standard, requisite chips and cookies to add on. There is no table service. You order and pick up at the counter and the service is usually pretty fast -- they really move you through. The seating is comfortable and there are lots of windows (which look out on the parking lot and the outside seating area) or you can sit outside (and look at the parking lot or the other stores in the strip mall). I went in today and got the soup of the day (corn chowder) and a salad. The soup failed to mention it had meat in it (which I don't eat) and the staff didn't pick up on that from my meatless salad or my husbands veggie sandwich. I ended up returning it as it had bacon in it but the cashier seemed bothered so I didn't get my refund because, honestly, I'd rather just leave. Plus, I couldn't hear. At all. I've gone to Bianchinis plenty of times before and really like their roasted Portobello sandwich. But this time it was really disappointing. I called in the order and had it picked up, to find out that they left a main ingredient out (roasted red peppers) and barely any of a second (red onions). Thankfully I had peppers at home to add to my sandwich (but shouldn't have to do this!). I didn't have any additional onion to add so I just dealt with it, but really upsetting. Not even a pickle either! They wrote my order down correctly based on the sandwich wrapper, so not sure what happened. I called it in with over 20 minutes till pickup so wasn't like they had to rush. The regular salad provides plenty of toppings and I have found them all to be quite good quality. The portion size makes it a better value than just salad bars around that charge by the pound. Literally every single time we serve their food, several people approach me to ask where it came from. Today, they delivered a large order of sandwiches, pesto salad, fruit bowls and garden salads-all of it amazing. The last sandwich I had here tasted so face-meltingly good, I figured that I must have unknowingly been high on something when I ate it. And so I didn't write a review then. But this is trip number two and I'm smitten. The sandwiches here are f*cking sublime. And I don't say that lightly, mostly because I just scarfed a sh*t ton of delicious food from here and I'm feeling the exact opposite of "light" at the moment. Seriously though: their patio area is right next to a Five Guys patio area, and I feel sorry for all the poor f*ckers eating over there right now.
