want to start off by saying that the two ladies the older on and younger one was super sweet and friendly. But the owner / manager was extremely rude and i will never step foot in there and will tell my office staff. I had asked for something to not be on my sandwich and he said F@ck its already made i said its fine ill give it way since its a big deal. He said no we will remake it. I said not its ok seems like a big. The phone was ringing he said F@ck he it wont stop ringing. If he talks like that to customers how does he talk to his staff? I felt i was a burden to him and that it was very uncomfortable. I will not go back there and will not tolerate being talked to like that. We stopped in just to get some fresh baked bread and they did us one better. They asked if we wanted to take home half baked bread and finish it ourselves or if we wanted to wait for a few minutes for them to cook it fresh. This bread is phenomenal! I'll definitely be coming back to try a sandwich. Everything was very tidy and you could tell they were taking food safety seriously. I stopped over while attending to my dad at Kaiser and unfortunately the sandwiches were mediocre at best. I use to frequent Bianchini's when it was at the old location but the sandwiches didn't have the protein it use to. I ordered pastrami, roast beef hot sandwiches and there were two slices of pastrami and roast beef had a good taste however lack of protein. The service was great but I was really disappointed with the sandwich. Two sandwiches for $28! I'll go elsewhere. :( read more

I ordered the #13 yesterday, which is the club sandwich with turkey, ham, and bacon. The meats were quality, and piled nicely on the almost $14 sandwich. The issue, and why I had to rate this 2 stars is the dutch crunch roll sucked. It was obviously old and stale, with absolutely no crunch, and made the whole meal taste like I wanted to throw it out. Bianchini's team, take note, if the bread is not fresh, do not use it! The bread makes the sandwich. I understand you want to cut costs, but you're going to lose customers if you continue to serve sandwiches on stale bread. read more

Not great customer service. The toppings for the salad looked like they'd been sitting out for days. So it was pretty hard to choose what looked the freshest that I wanted in my salad. And one ingredient they forgot. Just annoying when you only ask for four items in your salad. Pretty sure they charged me for a large when I ordered a small. But there's no way to know since they didn't give me a receipt and just turned around and walked away once I had my change. With no have a good day or anything. Not coming back. Let's just say walking in the store was like being outdoors...it was so HOT. They said the AC was on but the doors opening & closing made it warm. The restrooms were in bad shape too. The food was fresh and pretty tasty with fairly generous portions. The $10 sandwich I ordered didn't come with a side though. I think Panera is better bang for the buck. Let me start by saying , I went to the Petaluma location a couple of times when they first opened and they were always good. Spendy, but good. I wanted to try it out when I was on lunch the other day so I went to this SR location. They had 2 people working there at 12:30pm during lunch. Not a lot of people in line but Lots of phone orders. Seems like there should have been more people working. Not super friendly. They seemed annoyed and overworked or understaffed. I got a salami sandwich with all the fixings. A container of Mac salad and a bag of chips. It was $14. It was not very good. The Mac salad was ok, not my favorite. It was sloppily put together /stuffed in the bag and too much lettuce. I've had better sandwiches from Safeway Deli. And many other sandwich shops in Sonoma county that are phenomenal. I have been here a few times and always enjoyed my sandwich or salad. My only complaint would be the one lady I have seen there a few times making sandwiches always has her hair down and as she looks down to build her sandwiches her hair falls in her face which leads her to fling it around out of her face. Really needs to pull her hair back. Also they need a new system to order and pay..the man taking the orders also makes sandwiches along with calling out names asking if they paid or not. Walked in to Bianchini's during our stay at the Sandman Hotel down the road. Walked over to go to Vine Burger's, but this place looked busier. The salad was huge for a half salad! They're pretty heavy on the dressing. I had never been there before but in the future, I would definitely recommend it on the side. #2 is far better than the #8. #8 was really dry and had literally no sauce on it. I feel like it was supposed to but mine did not. The sandwiches are not hot. We saw him warm the bread but when we got them they weren't hot. Not sure if there was a problem with the warmer or what but that seemed weird. Bread was really good quality. Everything was clean and fresh. The sandwiches and salads from here are delicious! I typically have had a good experience with the service here, but the last time I ordered online and picked it up, my encounter wasn't excellent. There wasn't an option online about my bread options, and certain items I've got before weren't on there, so I left some notes and then called to confirm and let them know about the bread since it was for two different sandwiches and whoever helped me on the phone was kind of rude/sounded annoyed that I called and insisted on being right that there was an option for me to pick my bread online. If there were, I would've. My partner picked up the order, and he was rude and short with him, too. Any other time I've been in, I've never had this issue, so maybe he was new or having a bad day, but I hope that my future encounters aren't like this. read more

Pretty good sandwiches which can get a little messy. Stopped by here on a Sunday for lunch. We got a tri-tip for my dad and my wife and I split the mortadella and salami, both on sliced sourdough (ours was toasted). My dad was not crazy about his sandwich because the trip-tip was a little tough. In addition, even though we started eating our sandwiches immediately after they were ready both of them fell apart really quickly. I think they used too much spread, because the bread seemed to disintergrate causing both of them became really messy really quickly. The flavor of our mortadella and salmi was pretty good. And the sandwiches were not huge, which for us was a plus (I don't need to leave a restaurant needing to loosen my belt!). Because my dad was not happy with his sandwich (and he is usually the reason why we eat in this area) I am not sure we will be back. read more

After many attempts to give this location a chance, it just seems to fail over and over again. 3 of 4 times visiting I've left very disappointed which is sad since I love the food so much but now even that has fallen short. Staffed with rude teenagers who stand there chatting with coworkers. No greeting, stood at the register for 15 mintues since i called in the order. I have a limited time for lunch. No managers as far as I can see. Then someone finally tells me their machines are down. The kids didn't know the total since the register was offline. They couldn't grab a calculator!? They also wanted to write my credit card information on a receipt to charge it after I left. I was not comfortable with that. After 20 minutes of waiting, watching these kids run around not knowing what to do, the systems came back up, they charged my card the full amount, no sorry, no receipt. My coworker was pretty upset too since we were now 30 mins late back to work. After arriving at work, the least I had was my tasty sandwich to look forward to. NOPE. I get a 1/4 way through the sandwich to discover it's burnt. I don't know what got stuck to it but it doesn't taste like charred cheese. 5 months pregnant and was really looking forward to this sandwich and is now the second sandwich I've had to discard from this place. I seriously hope the owner, who I adored so much at the petaluma location, takes some serious action for the continuous failing establishment. read more

Love this place. My wife and I go here for lunch on the rare occasion that we are both home on a Saturday. I get the big salad (which is really big). You can pick from three or four kinds of greens (I always get spinach) and then you can choose from about 30 or 40 add ins (everything from corn and red onions to olives to shredded cheeses and various kinds of nuts) and about 1/2 dozen different dressings. They spin it all together in a big bowl and serve it. Really great way to "get your veggies." My wife gets the turkey sandwich, which she raves about. (She really likes the bread.) They have a wide selection of beverages (sodas, juices, mineral water, a few bottles beers and two beers on tap, which ain't bad). They also have the standard, requisite chips and cookies to add on. There is no table service. You order and pick up at the counter and the service is usually pretty fast -- they really move you through. The seating is comfortable and there are lots of windows (which look out on the parking lot and the outside seating area) or you can sit outside (and look at the parking lot or the other stores in the strip mall).
