My new fave little spot! We stumbled upon this place from a little recommendation from our uber driver and it did not disappoint! Service was absolutely amazing, food was incredibly good and the vibes were just right. We came late on a Thursday evening and had wanted to grab some late night food and everything we ordered came out freshly made and flavorful. The wings were my favorite, they were crispy, LARGE and the Thai chili was such a good flavor. Plus the baba ganoush was prepared well too, and I'm really picky with my Persian dishes. I really have nothing but great things to say as the hookah was also really good- they had every kind of flavor and tier you can think of and the hookah people were attentive, consistently bringing out more when needed, and assisting as well. I'd heard good things about the food here, so a friend and I stopped in one day while we were out running errands. We had some trouble finding the entrance at first; it's above the Buffalo Wild Wings and there wasn't any signage clearly stating that you had to enter through the BWW. We got the hummus trio and chicken shawarma to split. I really enjoyed the hummus trio, it came with spicy, pesto, and avocado hummus. All of them were delicious, so it's hard to pick a favorite. I think the pesto may have just narrowly inched out the others if I just HAD to choose. The pita was cold and I was anticipating it being warm, but it wasn't bad at all. The chicken shawarma was good as well, very well seasoned. It came with the chicken, of course, rice, and tomatoes, onions, and pickles for toppings. I rather enjoyed it, I just wish it came with more rice. I also tried their blueberry lemon drop which I really enjoyed. Their spirit and cocktail menu is extensive, so there's a little something for everyone. It's a cute vibe and I can definitely see it getting a lot more live in the evenings. The music was really good and a good mix of today's hits and throwbacks. I'm not really a fan of hookah, so if I return it will likely just be for food and drinks. It was raining on the day we went, so I am curious to know if the windows open. Came here on a Friday night for a Girls Night post dinner nightcap. We ate at Los Jefes and I had been making it a point to pop in Bianka ever since I saw they were open. It is located on the second floor of Buffalo Wild Wings in Metairie, so I didn't know what to expect from an ambiance standpoint. When we entered the lounge, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a very nice spot and I loved the floor to ceiling windows. They have a pretty extensive menu, but given the previous reviews, I am kind of glad we didn't eat there. I don't remember our servers name, but she was sweet. When we were sat, it did take her a while to come to the table, but once she did, she apologized and proceeded to take our drink orders. I ended up ordering the peach martini vodka and my two girlfriends both ordered the blueberry margaritas. The drinks were great! We did wait an extended period of time to order the second round because once our server took our drink and hookah order, we didn't see her for a WHILE. We ordered the LA Dream hookah and it had more of a fruity taste to it and it was pretty good. In addition to the slow service, the music lacked variety. It was definitely more of a middle eastern type of sound, which would work, if there were other genres incorporated into it. A hookah lounge should cater to all patrons and the music should definitely be high energy and captivating to all parties. Overall, my experience wasn't horrible and I would probably visit again, but I don't think I will add this location into my regular hookah spots that I frequent. read more

Decided to visit this establishment yesterday. Surprised to see a hookah spot in the Metairie are. The place looks beautiful, but there are many of subpar elements. The drinks were delicious, some of the food was delicious. I did enjoy the hookah. Unfortunately, the music was not something I expected in a lounge. There was no mix of different types of music, and it appeared that the owner was only interested in playing a YouTube video of an Arabic DJ. Our waitress last night even commented that her energy was lacking because the music was not anything that encouraged fun and excitement. I decided to visit again today with some friends. The music was still the same selection: the YouTube Arabic DJ. When we wanted to speak with the owner, he was not interested in talking with the ONLY customers in his establishment at the time. It was laughable, no one else was visiting and he was too "busy" to speak to guests. I am not sure the vibe this place is going for, but seems that they are not interested in listening to customer feedback. Unfortunately, if you aren't able to receive constructive feedback, how do you expect to run a successful business. I don't think I'll be visiting again! Hope this helps someone else. read more

The steak wasn't seasoned at all. No taste. I'd suggest making a smaller menu focusing on things they can make well. Because the menu is too big! Hookah was fine. And our server/bartender was sweet! I will say after we were seated it took a while to get a server to the table. There was a young lady working the floor who I assumed would be our server, but she never acknowledged us. Eventually the bartender came over and assisted us. She made great well balanced drinks! But the service is pretty slow. The decor and vibe is nice. It's really chill and laid back. God I wish I could give this place negative stars. No matter who's in my party, what we order or when we go it's always some issue or some complete BS. I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times but every time I've been let down or essentially humiliated if not outright ignored. Second time ever we went here, me and my fiancée were basically the ONLY people in the entire building and sat there waiting to be seated for nearly 20 minutes. Some random group of people comes and sits down with no hesitation and were served so I threatened to leave before we finally got the most minimal help possible (the girl was new) .. I'm so tired of hearing "_______ was new" at a place that automates gratuity for parties over a certain size. Third time was a few months later to celebrate my mom's birthday and I kid you not, another "new" person spilled FOUR drinks all over my mom completely ruining her whole birthday celebration. We were moved to a new table and STILL was billed for 2 of the 4 spilled drinks!!!! Next time was when some friends from out of town came to visit and wanted a good cool hookah place to begin their Nola experience and unfortunately I recommended this place. They had 2 hours before closing and still let us order food and drinks but because it was an hour and a half before closing, EVERYTHING took over 40 minutes to get to us AND IT WAS COLD!!!!! The entire visit felt rushed, like our money wasn't good enough and they had the balls to apply an auto gratuity. Last and final straw was tonight when I was with a party of 6 and was being seated and, understandably it was really packed and rocking due to the fight, but we get to the table and it's a four top. We get explained how the staff isn't allow to move chairs but we can if no one is sitting there. Humiliated and embarrassed in front of over 200 people probably only for us to get damn near to the car to be called by the other half of the party who tells me how "they found more chairs" because he "felt bad". I wish I could bill them for PTSD or something because this place is just awful. Average food, complete and utter SHIT for customer service and reasonable hookah prices. If you have ABSOLUTELY NO other options and just need a reason to get out the house..... go to Shake Shack or hell just go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE IN METAIRIE. I was excited to try this place cause I heard good things about it but I got the hummus and it tasted like nothing with a hint of beans at the end. The shrimp was obviously frozen before being cooked. It tasted like nothing but fried bread. This place is too expensive for the type of food and beverage it serves. I got a shot of 1800 silver and it was watered down. When I complained about the shrimp the manager asked if I even tried it even though 2 of the shrimp were obviously eaten. It was unprofessional. The ambience was overwhelming the music was too loud and you couldn't hear the person next to you. This place is only good for taking pictures.
