First time trying this place, after they opened just 5 days ago. Since they just opened, expect a wait, even if you pre-order from their app. But the food was really good and worth the wait. I had the make-your-own bowl. I decided on white rice, bean sprouts, chopped egg, broccoli, and Korean BBQ Beef. I chose teriyaki sauce and Yum-Yum sauce on the side. Aside from the bowl, I ordered sides of purple rice and sweet potato noodles to see what they taste like. All of it was really good. The only thing I didn't completely love was the noodles. But I think its a textural thing with me & small noodles (I don't like angel-hair pasta either). Otherwise, I think I'm going to be ordering from Bibibop a lot...once the lines go down. read more

Very disappointed! Went in to pick up dinner yesterday & there was hardly any food. Bought a large & small bowl. They didn't offer to replenish any food except the lettuce because it was totally gone. We were looking forward to the bean sprouts but they looked old & mushy. When we got to the meat my husband got 1/2 steak & 1/2 Korean beef that didn't even fill up one scoop. I got 1/2 tofu & 1/2 steak that didn't fill the scoop either. The website says they are open till 9:30 & we were there before 8:00. There should have been fresher food or the staff should have offered to replenish the food we ordered. Not sure if we will return anytime soon. We've always thought their food was fresh & delicious but yesterday really let us down. The restaurant was very clean in the ordering area but there was food all over the floor at the back of the restaurant. We were the only customers there so it must have been there a while. read more
