Tucker and Mallory are just great! They made it a very personable experience. I have a 7 year old who's a good bike rider and we felt like it was time to explore him riding an e-bike. We went to the shop and they allowed my son to try out an e-bike, which was great because they have a parking lot area right by the that was safe enough for him to jump on an give it a spin. What a great product selection, wonderful staff and owners! Mallorre assisted me yesterday. And they have a great each trike with a huge solid surface basket in the back that would be perfect for my dog, but I could not fit the trike into my Prius for annual maintenance checks to keep the warranty program. She was nice enough to mention that she had a few of these wonderful E bikes that are going to be on sale for 2000 on Black Friday. I really appreciate how friendly and professional she was and not pushy at all and even telling me about a BLACK FRIDAY SALE I can get a great discount on one of their E bikes, I looked at the reviews and they are phenomenal the brand new E bikes, come with a five year warranty when everyone else is only giving it one year .
