I came into Bidrussian looking for a repair for a very delicate pair of gold earrings that were my grandmother's. Manail was very open with me about the potential risks of attempting the repair (i.e., it was possible the attempt to repair it could cause further structural damage) and quoted me a great price. I was willing to risk it since otherwise I couldn't wear the earrings anyway, but luckily it turned out the repair was successful. The earrings look wonderful! He told me how much he would pay but suggested I look around to places that buy diamonds as well to get a better price. SO HONEST! And then I came back later with some silver pieces that I had bought a while ago. I told him how much I had paid for each piece and he explained how much I had got scammed, explaining how cheap silver actually is and how it all works.
