My fiancé came to Rafik to have a wedding band made. When we picked it up there were several chips on the inside and a mark on the outside. When we pointed out the flaws they seemed concerned and said they would have a new one made immediately. They told us we could keep the blemished one until the new one arrived seeing as we had already paid. Minutes after walking out the door they asked for the ring back and gave us a card with our credit marked. Only 3 days later they said the new ring was ready ( suspiciously fast). And when we got there it was clear it was in fact the same ring patched up. You could feel the toughness on the edges and the weird mark on the outside was still there. They gave us a full refund but I think as consumers others deserve to know our experience. I would not recommend them. read more
