They pointed out that the prongs on my wife's engagement ring may need repair or replacement in the future, but they never tried to upsell or pressure us into having unnecessary work done. They simply gave us helpful guidance so we could plan ahead. But the merchandise wasn't primarily silver and the photos didn't match the inside of the store. The store is relatively small and what's on display is fairly limited. And when I pulled my phone out to take a picture, I thought she said it was OK to take pictures, but she apparently said the opposite. My mistake.
