If you're having everyone sign in on a dang iPad you need to TELL EVERYONE WHO WALKS IN or have signs that instruct people on what to do. So we sign in and wait. And wait. And wait. Honestly. 4 people working the counter and each of them are leaning on the glass just taking their sweet time. We sat around waiting for over 40 minutes just to purchase ammo before we walked out extremely frustrated without being helped. Our phone got a text that they were ready for us when we were 10 mins away from the store. I get it. You're going to argue that each person gets great customer service and blah blah blah but if you're going to encourage your employees to take over 20 minutes with a customer, then you need more employees behind the counter. And put clear signage up that lets people know what the process for being helped is.

I asked him to double check, and then a third time, because the drive out was long and I did not want to waste the trip. He confirmed multiple times that they had the bat. I drove out on Saturday, August 29, and it was the wrong bat. If a customer takes the time to call ahead and confirm inventory before a long drive, that confirmation should mean something. Please make sure staff actually know what is in stock before telling someone yes. It cost me a wasted afternoon that a five minute check could have prevented.

It was a bit hectic the day I visited this shop with lots of customers waiting and walking in and…read moreout. The young man working seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in proper and accurate sizing/drilling. I had 3 brand new balls that needed to be drilled. He measured my hand multiple times and throughout the drilling process. The whole process took about an hour and a half (maybe 2 hours), but I felt confident that it was done effectively with a minimal chance of needing adjustments in the immediate future. He did this working past their closing time. It was nice to witness that type of work ethic and I surely did appreciate it. It was fairly priced considering the meticulous effort that was applied. I've since been bowling a few times since then and my grip still feels good. Will return here should I need any work done on my gear.
