Happened to pass by and saw this food truck that does sandwiches. Being from New York and my love for a good sandwich, I decided to stop and give it a try. I met Trevor in front, and I asked him what he recommended. After hearing his thoughts, I was sold. I ordered the Cubano sandwich, which I haven't had outside of Los Angeles. I'm so happy I tried it! The slow roasted pork was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The mustard pickles, cheese and ham were fresh and delicious. The BREAD!!! I don't know what type of bread this is, but it was AMAZING! Soft, fresh, and captured all of the juices from the pork. The sandwich is also big, and filling. They don't call him Big A for nothing! Sandwiches are great. I always get the panini with bacon added. I went today to grab lunch and saw that the customer in front was offered a rewards card. I placed my order and paid and I was not. I had to ask the lady taking orders if they had a rewards program and only then did she offer me a card. I wonder why the gentleman in front of me yet I wasn't. Amazing! I've lived in Napa since 1990 and I used to go to this place by Wendy's as my go to Sandwich spot. That has all changed now that I found Big A's on Soscol. I had the notorious RBC. The Dutch crunch which I'm normally not a big fan of was great with the roast beef cream cheese pepperoncinis. It was juicy and so filling.
