Actually loved it here, I stopped by for a quick breakfast (it was ready in maybe 2 minutes) at 5am. I ordered the Nashville Sunrise and it was very good! The eggs impressed me (you never know what quality of scrambled eggs you're going to receive when eating out), the bacon wasn't overly greasy and didn't seem microwaved, and the biscuit with jam was delish. Not much of an ambiance here, but I would walk towards the T Concourse open area to eat any food at BNA. This BBQ is really good compared to Texas ones I've had. The brisket is cooked with the sauce, so it won't come up saucy, but that's okay because the meat is so good! I even tried the sausage and it was so flavorful and moist! Terrible customer service. The two girls standing at the register taking orders spend more time talking to each other and flirting back and forth with the boy cooking than they do taking orders and listening to customers. Both girls had AirPods in and were on their phones, which meant my ordering interrupted their music and they had to take their AirPods out. They quickly got to work and payed attention to customers when the manager came out to do something. The meals are supposed to include a side and a drink but I was charged extra for my side and received no drink. Terrible terrible terrible. Staffing needs to be seriously reevaluated.
