I would go out of my way to discourage others from using this company. I called on Monday, and the delivery arrived as scheduled--actually a bit early, which was great--on Wednesday morning. Paul, the delivery tech, was fantastic. He's a very affable guy and we chatted as he did a very thorough job inspecting not only the tank but also all the connections, up to and including the burner. I was impressed. From the initial phone call to the inspection and delivery, the entire experience was seamless and positive.

My husband and I had a horrible winter last year with our old oil company. We had a new baby and it was stressful to say the least. We had to make countless calls to get the tank filled and it always came down to the wire before a storm. We also had issues with hot water all winter and the other company essentially told us to "turn the temperature dial" on the burner and charged us $300 for this courtesy. Monday night we had NO hot water at all. Medway Oil came right over, diagnosed the issue and had a repairman there the next morning. The hot water is fixed and one less thing we need to worry about this winter. I feel so much better with Medway Oil as our company now...

However, as soon as you need a maintenance call you learn to why. They have a large staff and come right out when you have a problem. They can handle anything from routine work to replacing the entire boiler and have an excellent plumber on staff as well. They come by once a year for a tune up on the boiler. They monitor oil levels and auto deliver as needed. In 9 years, I have never come close to running out of oil or had to think about it. For everyone shopping solely on price, I recommend you consider how important service is, especially when you need an emergency call.
