I realized that this long time reputed motorcycle repair company initially established out of Fair Lawn NJ was now tucked away conveniently accessible right here in FAIRFIELD NJ. *The owner and employees are some the most kind, patient and empathetic folks I've come across in this recent industry.. where there can be a lot of ego; rushed tending; and, assembly line care that only brushes the surface of all that should matter. I was nervous and anxious starting new care to my vehicle due to past ill-handled business dealings, but I was handled with the utmost respect and consideration! Especially when it came time to pay, the bill was more than fair and that's hard to come by in our current world climate coupled with that was their sense of humanity surrounding my slight 'woman in distressing'. I pleasantly learned THEY DO A SURPRISING AMOUNT OF AUTOMOBILE WORK as well. I was in dire need of a 'Fred Flintstone hole' in the driver footbed to be be repair!ed! They did a *lovely job* and handed back my aged vehicle in better cleanliness than it was left to them. I'm looking forward to tackling my auto issues with them one at a time. It's a plus that I can leave my car to be taken care of here down the way while I'm at work.

I called Sal and he said come on in . Since they close at 5pm I figured at least I'd be able to leave the bike inside for the long weekend. When I got there Sal, and his 2 mechanics Jose and Joe all started working on my bike. Even though it went past 5pm they never stopped working until they fixed my bike. They love fixing bikes the way I love riding bikes. It's the beginning of a great weekend and thanks to Sal and his team I'm riding. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my bike

I had a squeak coming from the back of my bike, and I called the shop and they told me to swing…read moreby. When I arrived, Sal stopped what he was doing and inspected my bike. Immediately, he noticed the belt was too tight. He didn't have time to road test it at that time but he told me how to prep the bike and come back first thing in the morning. I followed his instructions. First thing the next day, he met me and took my bike out. We didn't hear the squeak but he told me to wait so he can adjust the belt on the spot! When has a mechanic ever done the work while you watched and waited?!! It was so great that he took the time to talk things through and give me the attention we deserve. When I asked how much I owed, he shrugged and said a number that I couldn't feel comfortable without adding 50%. I highly recommend and I will never go back to the dealer again!

However, after paying with a debit card, I noticed an additional $7.46 deposit/processing fee--which should not apply to debit transactions. Retailers are typically responsible for covering those costs, not passing them on to customers, especially when you're already significantly marking up your merchandise. This felt like a greedy move and completely unnecessary. That extra charge small as it may seem You've lost a customer and earned a negative. And battery doesn't seem new has scratches on bottom and sides most likely refurbished sold as new. "They likely avoid accepting credit cards because they're worried about chargebacks. If their service is truly legitimate and they stand by it, there should be no reason to fear credit card payments especially when they're already charging additional 'deposit processing fees.'"

It took them THREE WEEKS to complete rather simple maintenance on my bike and even still it wasn't completed. Cory had a TERRIBLE attitude and was a complete A hole through the entire process. They refused to give me a quote and charged me 1700$ for basic maintenance. The bike doesn't even run anymore and I have to take it to another shop. I have NEVER written a review for any establishment before until I came to this sorry excuse for a buisness. do NOT come here. You will lose THOUSANDS of dollars and time while dealing with people who have no idea what they are doing. When asked about my bike failing to turn over, he suggested I get new grips. There are not enough words to describe how terrible this shop is and I advise with the utmost urgency to avoid the place at all costs.
