About 2 weeks ago I had my car repaired. After a bit it started making a squeaking noise. I took it back to integrity and they diagnosed it as a loose nut they fixed it and I was on my way. I appreciate it if they didn't try to give me any BS they just fix the problem. I am a permanent customer now thank you. read more

Got my oil changed here. They were quick and the waiting area was pretty cool. I think I paid a tad more than going to someplace like Walmart, but Walmart has stripped my oil pan in the past. Highly recommend these guys! read more

I have has 2 different flat tires and they were able to fix both. I also had them do an oil change/rotate tires and was happy with the service. They also usually give you some type of discount on the bottom of the receipt. The guys who work there are always super nice & helpful. read more

So I came in to the shop today to get my car inspected, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and so I gave him my keys and went and sat down to wait. Very nice area to sit while your car is being worked on complete with very clean restrooms, a soda fountain and coffee. As I am waiting the same gentleman comes over to let me know that my brake lights are out and asked if I wanted them to diag it...I just lost my job so of course my heart skips when I ask how much...he tells me if it's nothing serious there won't be a charge. About 15-20 mins later he comes to tell me that there is a wire causing the fuse to blow they can fix it but it's going to cost me $xxx, I tell him that I just lost my job but to go ahead and fix it....he came back a little bit later tells me the car passed Inspection and that there was no charge for today...he shook my hand and told me "I hope things get easier for you" I was in shock, it's awesome to know that there are still great people in this world and let's face it the fact that it's an auto care place to do this is even more amazing. Very happy with my experience today. They were fast, courteous and I had a $15 off coupon for my oil change which are all things that make me very happy. Took my car to 2 tire shops, the first one said their machine couldn't get the tire off, the second tire shop (discount in little elm see my next review) was unprofessional and wanted to charge over 2x the price. I called here to make sure there wouldn't be the same issue they said no problem, I figured I'd drop it off later or in the morning. Few minutes later I got a voice mail letting me know if I was dropping off in the morning they could get me in and that they could do that day but the afternoon was pretty booked. Thank you, not necessary but above and beyond today's normal! The shop was clean well layed out, everyone was professional, friendly and confident. For reference I've been in sales for over 25 years and spent many years as a wrench. Skip the others and go here! read more

I'm appalled this company has the word "Integrity" in the name of their company. My husband took his car in for repairs and was quoted $1235 due to the car overheating and to replace a headlight. On arriving to pick the vehicle up we learned they rewired the front in order to fix the headlight. We were not called nor gave consent for this repair that added $500 to our bill. On returning home my husband discovered his back light was out, he called integrity and was told to bring the car in and they would fix it however; on the way there the car shut off and the overheating signal light came on, it ended up being towed back to them. Later we received a call and was informed the back light couldn't be fixed unless we pay another fee because it's apart of a "different assembly" mind you, the back light worked before we took the car to them. They also stated they found a new problem that would cost $2000+ to fix. They are SCAMMERS and CROOKS. Stay away !!!! read more

I never write reviews, but I felt like I really had to this time. I am new to Texas and I have been spoiled most of my driving life because my little brother is a mechanic and always took care of my car so as you can imagine, going to get my care serviced or repaired is always hard, especially in a new state away from the best mechanic I have always known and to make things a little more hard I am a woman so cars are not my specialty! but Integrity car care definitely changed that prospective and has earned my business! Mike helped me from the moment I walked in. He was honest and straightforward. He did not try to up sell me anything or tell me that I needed some bogus repair that wasn't really necessary just so he could make a sale or meet a monthly quota! He was honest and definitely stands by the name "Integrity" that is hard to come by these days so when you meet someone like Mike and he goes above and beyond, maintains his integrity, doesn't over promise, and under deliver that says a lot about a person and a business!
