That was a good decision I had made and Jesse and team is wonderful and did such a nice job on fixing my broken picket fences to match my custom designs and later with a second project to built me a white matching gate. He added cemented posts and used very strong latches to ensure the gate will work reliably through the test of future weather rain and wind. I spoke with Jesse. He was the greatest in all aspect of this project. 1. He responded within minutes of me pushing the project (metal gate broken hinge weld and few other non-load bearing metal strips broken weld, locking latch out of alignment) request and requested a few pictures of the areas needing repairs. He explained, what he can do and gave me a preliminary estimate. It was pretty late in the evening. 2. I sent him the pics in the morning. He scheduled the visit and work for next morning since he knew that I needed these repairs quickly as I was in the process of painting our house and the gate. 3. He came in next evening rather than morning due to something came up, but he informed me of change to evening. 4. Once arrived, he completed the repairs very professionally and explained his work along the way. Overall, I am very impressed with this young man. Great work details and very courteous and friendly. Contacted this provider through the Yelp app. Good communication before the appointment and during the repair. Jesse assessed the issue and went over the options. At issue was the latch and the rail that attaches it to the side of the house. Jesse and I agreed on the best way to address the problem. He got to work and had it fixed with an hour. He also took initiative to ensure that each aspect of the repair addressed the overall problem and made sure that the fix was such that I wouldn't be calling him back in a few days because the next weakest link in the system failed. To make sure, he realigned the rail support, added bigger, more robust wall anchors and welded in rail supports to eliminate lateral stresses. Then, he installed a return spring to ensure the gate closes smoothly every time. Lastly, he cut off the receiver latch, and welded another one in its place. Touch up paint was added for rust protection and the job was complete. read more
