Seems to be locally owned & operated. Always pretty busy at lunch. I ordered the 3pc chicken w/no fries. The chicken was hot & cooked really good. It could have been fried a little harder, but still it was good. Tho, the breading had ZERO seasoning. No salt, no pepper just flour. You better ask for hot sauce if you want some flavor. I ordered the 1/2 gizzard lunch w/fries yesterday. The fries were steak cut fries & good. Just your average steak fries, nothing special. Tho, the portions were huge. The gizzards were just AWFUL. Jan 3, 2023 I have visited the Big Chic location in the city of Forsyth, GA quite a few times since we moved here in mid 2021. I have only ordered inside, and not from the drive thru. I've always received good service, even when they are very busy, which is most of the time. It's one of the very few places I can actually purchase livers and gizzards close by. Most Big Chic locations don't make them. If you are ordering the livers and gizzards ask them to cook them tender vs the normal longer cook time. The livers come out perfectly tender. The gizzards are decent and takes care of my craving when it hits. The batter on the gizzards are very crispy. Unfortunately I've yet to find a place that truly knows the process of preparing and cooking a great gizzard like my favorite place in Louisiana. They were as tender as cooked livers. The batter on the livers is very light which let's the full flavor of the livers stand out. The chicken tenders have the perfect level of breading and are much larger than most. They have always been cooked to perfection. As with pretty much all chicken tenders the flavor is in the sauces. Our favorite is the honey mustard. We all like the cole slaw. The macaroni and cheese is very cheesy and creamy with pretty good flavor. The dinner rolls are Wonder Bread rolls. No option for 3.5 stars, so 4 it is. read more

This was my first time at this location, I have been to different Big Chics in different locations around Georgia. When I'm near a Big Chic I try to stop in for my chicken fix. There isn't one anywhere near my house. These Big Chics remind me of the old chicken places of yesterday, crispy and delicious! I ordered the twelve piece chicken with a large order of fried okra. The okra taste like homemade just like the delicious chicken. The only thing that was disappointing today was they were out of the fried apple pies. Today was busier than usual due to a birthday party. Party of 30... I want to commend the girls running the registers and preparing the orders. They moved so fast and efficiently that I was amazed. Everyone was satisfied and pleased with their meal. Chicken gizzards are a favorite here and yelp you guessed it I too ordered gizzards . They were fried tender and seasoned to perfection. This Full order with fries will set you back $5.95. The Cole slaw is delicious . The dining area is clean, condiments full on each table. There are 20 tables for seating. Do not be confused. This location has no affiliation with Big Chic in Jackson. I visited the Big Chic in Forsyth. The fried chicken was meh. The ambiance was non-existant. I have been to the Big Chic in Jackson many times as I travel between Gwinnett County and Macon. Everything is fresh and delicious! I usually order 2 breasts, fries and cole slaw and they are all very good. There is no dining room. One stands outside and orders at the window. I eat in my car which has a better ambiance than Big Chic in Forsyth. And my car has better music. It is worth the drive from Forsyth to Jackson for the real deal. read more

I decided to try this place out because of the good experience I had at the Talbotton location. It was not as good, but it wasn't terrible. I ordered the fried chicken gizzards, grilled lemon pepper chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, and mashed potatoes. I got a lemonade to drink because they did not have bottled water as an option. The fried chicken gizzards were cooked to order and were ok. Nothing greatly seasoned. The grilled tenders could have used a bit more lemon pepper. The macaroni and cheese seemed overcooked. The mashed potatoes were cool; there's not many ways you can mess mashed potatoes up :). They had rolls with the meals. My entire order was about $15. The service was ok. The place was clean. Very casual ambiance. Free parking is available. They have a drive thru. It's wasn't good enough for me to say I'd go back. :/ I've had better at other locations. read more

The 1st google review showed this place with a 4.1 review. That was terribly inaccurate. They advertise freshly cooked when ordered when you go to the drive thru. I decided to go in just to get out of the car. 1st thing I see was a big thing of chicken getting old in the window and fries. One of the young lady's behind the counter was more worried about one of her friends who were standing in the lobby getting her some cigarettes. Absolutely no customer service. First off, large steak fries are HUGE, I suggest a small order. Chicken tenders were also huge; they could have cut them smaller as they were rather large to try and bite into. Amazing Chicken, customer service is always on point. It's a very casual restaurant but we've come to really enjoy the tenders or the 2 pc meal. The drive thru is one you have to pull up to the window to order but they still manage to be really fast and always give ample food that has been delicious always. I have eaten her several times in the past few years and the quality has gone way down. Ordered a burger , it had NO seasoning whatsoever and then gave me a stale bun. What a dismal place!!! A bunch of us showed up there for lunch today and after two cold days hunting we wanted some good, hot food. It was at least as cold inside as it was outside, and it was probably still in the 50s. When one of us mentioned the temperature to the lady working the counter she asked us of we had been hunting. When we told her that we had she told us, "Y'all ought to be used to the cold." There was no soap in the mens restroom and when I turned the light on in the restroom the fan was SOOO loud. I needed to use the restroom but actually walked out and went to the nearby WalMart after lunch. There was one gentleman waiting for a drink refill while we ordered and he just went back to sit down because it took too long for them to serve him.
