Come here for the beers, they are quite creative and well-executed. I will come back for them in particular. I don't have much of an opinion on the food yet. GenX Mexican lager was really nice beer. I enjoyed it and I wanted to try others but they were closing early that day and kind of ushering us out the door. The interior is a bit industrial but open, the staff was friendly but warned us they were closing and we didn't have a lot of time. So bad timing for us. Looked like a good place to be on a warm day with open/outdoor patio seating. Food: Unfortunately I wasn't in the mood for pizza on the day I went there. Only choices are Pizza, Salad, or Sandwich -- most all of them feature meat heavily so vegetarians don't have a lot of wiggle room here. We ate the nachos, which were -- interesting. They had a balsamic drizzle, which is a curious touch. Hipster nachos I guess. We ate them quickly because we were basically starving. I'm still on the fence about ordering them again, but they're not bad. I will be back for the beers. read more

This place is pretty great. The customer service, the food and you're even able to bring your dog in and be on the back deck so great place to enjoy lunch or dinner. My favorite is there Sicilian style pizza. I usually like a think pizza but they are in point with the crust. Really all pizza combos are good. The pie is a Perfect size for a party of three or four. We usually start out with the chips and guacamole and the guacamole is made fresh daily. I suggest trying the red IPA .......it's my favorite. You won't be disappointed with this place. By myself. Friday afternoon around 4 PM. There was hardly anybody in there yet I still stood and waited to be seated for five ish minutes. Once I was seated at the bar, it took another 2 to 3 minutes before anyone of the three bartenders would engage me as they were too busy talking amongst themselves to worry about customers. The service was just inattentive and it was if I was doing them a favor by being there. The two beers I had (IPAs) were tasty and only slightly overpriced at six dollars each for a 12oz. The margarita pizza was borderline inedible. It was not cut all the way through, so when I picked up one piece, the whole soggy oily mess pretty much came up off the plate. It had maybe 2 or 3 tomato 1/4 slices on it and one little tiny piece of basil on each piece. It was just a giant hunk of greasy oily cheese slathered in oil. I felt like crap after eating this because of the obnoxious amount of oil. There was a giant puddle of oil along with the remaining half of pizza that I didn't eat left on the plate. Gross. You called this pizza? If pizza is supposed to be a specialty of this place, then they have big problems. Two different people asked me "how's the pizza"? Both times I replied "it's pretty greasy". Both of times after that comment from me, they just walked away without any other comment. I would be afraid to try any of the other food here based on the quality of the margarita pizza. Sicilian pizza is on the expensive side but totally worth it, it's a beast. It's focaccia style crust made in house - we got the Grater with arugula cured meats and parm - so good. Our sever was excellent, great personality. Two outdoor patios and plenty of indoor space - large center bar. Four stars because the beer was ok, but nothing astounding. Upon walking in, my husband and I heard no greeting, so we just assumed it was a seat yourself place. We sat down and waited for awhile and then finally had one of the bartenders welcome us and ask for our drink orders. They were out of options so my husband ordered the disconnected red IPA and I ordered the gen X Mexican lager. We ordered chips and salsa for a starter and a small pepperoni pizza. This is the go to for happy hour when I'm in Brighton. Always have a great time and enjoy the beer and food. My latest trip with friends was no exception. Staff is awesome, not sure about some of these reviews. Especially the one stating they kicked them out after they ate and paid tab. We always chill and never get rushed out. Living in these covid times I understand, others want to eat and drink as well. Noel is always nice to me. And as mentioned great beer and margarita's. Lobster mac is good. Beer is very good. I have been to this brewery many times in the summer and can tell Food is not so good but decent. The main reason I am writing this is because Dogs are not welcome inside and outdoor seating doesn't have heaters. As a local I walk my dog everyday around the area and it's shame that CO brewery doesn't welcome dogs and doesn't have outdoor heaters to accommodate. read more

Came here soon after they opened and have been back multiple times since. During the first visit a few of my friends and I rolled into the brewery and were the only people in the place. We all ordered the strawberry lemonade beer they had on tap and it still remains one of my favorite beers to date. Here's to hoping they bring it back some day! I've had many beers since and particularly like the Gen X Mexican Lager, Disconnected Red IPA, and the Gose. Things have change since the first visit and they now have food in house and the brewery gets much busier. My wife and I like the nachos especially, which take a unique twist in adding balsamic vinegar. A friend has ordered the crab cheese wonton pizza which was surprisingly good. The sandwiches are also tasty and they make their ranch in house for their salads. Overall a great brewery, especially for the area! read more

Make you tip the back of the house without telling you without giving you a line item. They're just adding it to your check when they run your card without telling you, they're going to do it. They posted this baby sign on the door and said this has been posted for years. We've always done this well. I've been coming here for a long time. And I have never, ever been charged 5% for anything extra . This is new. This is b*******, this is ridiculous. Everybody needs to boycott copper rail and go to big choice on top of that. Met up with some work pals on a Friday night and was super impressed by this place. I loved the building and the wide open layout. The bar is gigantic and there's plenty of seating. What there is not plenty of is service. The bartenders do it all, and I gotta say - they're overworked and my service sucked because of it. I waited for beers for quite a while and the cherry on top was when I waIted for my bill for about 12 minutes. I even ordered the guy behind me his drink because he was waiting just as long. Cute spot, great pizza, the beer was delicious, but the service left me disappointed. read more

First, the pizza is not why I'm giving them two stars, it's the beer. I had their Type 3 IPA and Weizenbock at their restaurant and had, I believe, their Disconnected Red at Wholly Stromboli on New Year's Eve. The first noticeable oddity is that every one of their beers is the same color, which can even be seen on their website. For instance, why is the "black lager" the same color as a wheat beer? Something isn't right there. The Type 3 IPA was supposed to be "citrus forward" but there was nothing remarkable about it at all. It fell completely flat on the palate, with little to no depth of character to speak of let alone any citrus notes. My impression of the Disconnected Red was also that it lacked depth and character. The Weizenbock was the best of the 3, but I'm just not sure I'd call it a bock. While not dark enough (again, the same color as the other two), it had much more of a darker/brown malt flavor you'd expect from a porter, minus the hoppiness, versus the breadiness I'd expect of a wheat beer. Another notable characteristic of all three beers is that none of them produced much of a head at all, and what little head they did have were completely flat in the short 5 steps from the bar to my table. Overall, beer-wise, I can't in good conscience give Big Choice any real kudos on their brewing capabilities. Not when we're surrounded by some of the best craft beers and breweries in the nation. Other than being in Brighton, where there is very little to offer, you don't have to drive far to get a great craft beer that lives up to its style. We did order a Sicilian style pizza as well. The toppings were fresh and sauce was tasty, but although my mistake for not knowing better, I didn't realize Sicilian style pizza was an entire loaf of bread, fried in pan with toppings on top. My personal preference is not to fill up on greasy bread. However, since the toppings were very good, we will probably return for a Neapolitan style pizza. I will just drink water next time vs the beer. read more

Avoid this place at all costs and go to Pizza Hut. The house "salad" is 1/4 cup of mixed greens in a big plastic container for $7.99. The $6.99 pepperoni pizza had 4 tiny pieces of pepperoni on top and was ice cold. I placed my order online for 2 pizzas and 2 salads for pickup at 5:45 , my food had been made way prior because the pizzas were cold. Let's not forget, they don't provide forks or napkins with your takeout order. I guess they expected me to eat my salad with my hands. This is basically over priced frozen pizza with some arugula slapped on top. There were no redeeming qualities about this sad and overpriced order. read more
