The male server serving us was a true professional. He came and asked us numerous times if everything was ok which it was. He was always hovering around in case we needed anything which we didn't and most importantly ;) coffee was always refilled This is the optimal service you expect when dining out On to the food We tried the chicken souvlaki for the first time and it was delicious. The chopped steak was also amazing. I will not be hesitant to drop in next time and am going to put Markham Station back in my regular rotation of places to dine out.

When we arrived it was busy and there was one table open near the entrance and were told we could have that table once it had been cleared. There person who seats you also takes your order, brings your order to the table and clears the table. At one point she stood behind the counter with a look on her face that could be best described as '...what do I do first..' It came with 2 small containers of syrup (not real maple syrup) and some that looked like plum sauce. The potatoes on the eggs Benny were good but when you deep fry the shrimp patty you wonder what other filler there might be in the patties. Service was decent despite the fact that there was one person who served and cleaned. An okay experience....not sure it warrants another return.

Service wasn't standout, but that's not a deal breaker in this case. I definitely recommend stopping by to pick up their baked goods. You could probably skip on the coffee - it was good, but not the star in my opinion. I treated myself to a blueberry custard tart & flaky pain au chocolat - both were incredibly delicious and I can't wait to come back to try more! Note that there is parking at the back of the building if you turn onto Yongehurst Rd.
