So I recently won a giveaway from BDDH. It included a DIY car cleaning pack and 30% off any detail package. The beautiful thing is you can mix and match your packages so I believe I went with the Platinum package inside and the Gold package outside. I really wanted major disinfecting inside the car with all the craziness going on because let's be real ... it's really easy to be lax on disinfecting when things are a mess and it's hard to get to things. I downgraded on the outside because I felt like it wasn't as bad. BDDH is a husband and wife run company with help from family. Scheduling with Emma was a breeze, shes very easy to talk to and super clear on scheduling and instructions. She arranged for them to pick up the car at 9:00am .... they called at 8:30am to let me know they were on their way. Super prompt and very professional. They brought my prize pack, explained all the different washes/sprays/cloths and then I turned over my keys and hoped for the best!! I'm super happy to report they did an awesome job! Pickup was at 9am and car was returned at 2:30pm. They accept credit cards and cash and are just super easy to work with. I'm really glad I got this done, I think it's super cute they are a family team and I highly recommend. When I requested a bunch of quotes via Yelp, I received a bunch of generic price lists. Davyn was the only one to respond specifically to my car, explaining what he thought would be the best package for the specific issues with my car. That immediately put him at the front of the pack. I arranged a date and time and Davyn showed up promptly and was extremely friendly and personable. We chatted for a few minutes and he got to work. He was quick and professional and my car looked great. I did not have high hopes because it is an old car with a lot of dings and scratches. But it looked much better than I anticipated. No, it didn't look new. He's not a magician. But it was shiny, the faded, dull grey vinyl trim was now nearly black. He worked hard on that and it showed. He even polished the faded headlights. So would I recommend Davyn? 100% yes! I intend to call him again when nature does its thing and my car needs a makeover. read more

They thoroughly cleaned, treated, and conditioned my white leather seats (actually, anything leather or suede on the interior); including all the trims, floor mats, etc. They also deodorize and sanitized the interior. I was able to get the detailing done in a short amount of time and it was perfect. My dog had an "accident" in the back seat and they were able to get all of the mess out of the seats and seatbelts. Will definitely do maintenance every few months. read more

Puppy had an accident and car stunk. After getting 5 quotes, Emma seem the most responsive and truly understood the problem areas. Best of all, she came to my workplace to pick up my car so I wouldn't have to miss any work time or bother anyone for a ride back. After a few hours, she returned my car all clean and shiny and the care smelled great! But what I appreciated the most was that Emma did go above and beyond to meet my needs. She could have oversold their services and recommended their platinum service for both the exterior and interior but again understood my needs and recommended their platinum for the interior and gold service for the exterior.
