This place has the slowest service known to man. Many nights it has taken 30+ minutes to get a simple drink. The drinks are great, yes. However if you have someplace to be, you are taking a big risk. Usually bigfoot java is our favorite late night treat! Lately however we have been very disappointed at the quality of service. We have received almost all of our drinks unmixed with a layer of syrup at the bottom and the same barista routinely makes inconstant and occasionally undrinkable drinks or gets our order wrong. Took over 20 minute for the one care ahead of me to get their drinks before it was my turn to order. Leena was the barista who took our order and she was on her cell phone talking to someone. I offered to wait for her to be done and she rolled her eyes and asked what we wanted. I ordered two drinks. When she told me the cost I knew it was wrong and tried to explain to her that it was the wrong price. She repeated our order back to us and the drinks were wrong. She made us pay the first price and then charged us a second time to make up the difference. We watched as they didn't remake the drinks but add more ice before handing it to us. I tried the drink as I was pulling away from the window and looped back around to the other window. The drinks were not edible. After asking for the drinks to be remade I was told no and that it's their policy. I explained to the same barista that she was on the phone and had gotten our order wrong to begin with. She continued to roll her eyes and repeat it was policy. We ended up leaving and having to get drinks from a different stand. It's been a while since I stopped by this location so I I thought maybe I would find some of the people I used to know. I watched the lady inside wander aimlessly inside oblivious to the fact that she had customers outside. She could not hear me call to her because her music was too loud so I waited. Once she finally realized she had people outside she came to the window and said what can I get you? No greeting, no hello, no smile and no eye contact. I love getting Big Foot coffee, but if there's one thing I can't get behind is the ridiculous amount of ice they add to your drinks. I love this location! The baristas are always super sweet and answer any of my coffee questions. But I always end up getting an iced abominable white mocha with rice milk. They have two windows for cars to go both ways, which reduces the wait for coffee. They also have a rewards card, called Legendary Loyalty Card, which I recently got. Basically you buy a coffee and receive a point. At 15 points you are able to get a free drink 12oz-32oz! Also open 24/7 yay! read more

I always get Red Bull Italian sodas from here, they make them the best! For the most part, most of the ladies that work here make this drink just right. I get Red Bull's with cream and whipped cream added. They have a lot of different flavors but I tend to mix two together for extra flavor. I would describe myself as a big foot java expert, lol. i have been to about 8 of the locations in washington and depending on the location, the drinks taste different. i always get a redbull italian soda & i have a very specific way i like it, i've been drinking them so long i've become very particular. it takes a certain balance of flavor, crime, etc for it to feel perfect. one thing i can say if this location has NEVER disappointed me and i come to this one half the time i go to bigfoot java. every-time, every worker just gets it right. something i can't say for almost all the other locations i've visited, they've been inconsistent and can't seem to portion my drink out right. i absolutely recommend if your in the renton area to go this bigfoot java! their baristas know what they're doing. i will always perfect this location, the ONLY downfall is the wait time but it's worth it! read more

There's never anything bad to say about this place. The girls who work here are so sweet & friendly! I came to get my birthday drink & when the lady asked me what size & I asked what sizes can I get, she said "it's your birthday. You can get any size you want!" When we went up to order, a girl with reddish brown hair with a long braid and pink nails who wore a black mask didn't greet us or welcome us, she just looked at us in silence which confused us. Whatever we moved on, but when we tried to pay for our drinks she tried to tell us how to use Apple Pay with Face ID however my phone only uses a finger print near the server. In the end I gave her my card. Then she handed us our drinks but one was left unsealed, it was overfilled so when my sister tried to closed the lid it spilled in the car. This has been bad for my bank account because Big Foot Java has been collecting my money almost everyday (sometimes twice...yikes) , but everybody deserves a guilty pleasure. Mines just happens to be caffeine. They have your standard coffee drinks like latte/mocha to specialty coffee drinks to smoothies to Italian sodas so there's a little bit of everything even if you don't drink coffee, but like I said, I enjoy my caffeine. My absolute favorite drink there is the blended abominable white mocha, it has english toffee in it and I'm a sucker for that flavor. Some other things that I get that aren't usually found at other coffee stands are the green tea frostbite, Berry & the Beast, and Primate Peach. Of course, you can't go wrong with the normal stuff like iced latte or mocha. I add whip cream to everything because there's no extra charge. Whatever I order always seem to end up cheaper than Starbucks leaving me more room to tip, and not to mention that it's 10 times better! Plus, I don't have to park my car to get out and wait in line for something as simple as a drink (am I being lazy). This Big Foot Java is a double drive thru so it's good that my wait is getting through twice as fast although it is still busy if you happen to go during morning rush hours. What blows my mine is that Big Foot Java is open 24 hours, I don't know if they make any profit being open at the dead of night with coffee, but it's great on my part since I have weird working hours and it's still open for me to fix my craving after work or if I want to show up at 2am after going out on weekends when everywhere else is closed. I love most of the drinks at Big Foot Java. My favorite by far is a strawberry or raspberry red bull italian creme soda. I've had my fair share of drinks from many different coffee spots and big foot is consistently good, I would have to say the best. They actually put enough syrup in and it doesn't curdle up. They also have a rewards card and you can register it on there website and make sure to enter your birthday because they will give you a free drink. Now for this particular location, the drinks are great but the wait times can take 15 to 20 minutes and that is with maybe one or two cars in front of you. That is the only reason why I took a star away. Overall, the drinks are too good not to keep coming back, but I typically only stop by when there isn't a long line. read more
