On the second move the remote to my sleep number bed was lost. It was clearly packed, but was placed on the floor of the truck and was not there when unpacking occurred. The guys immediately called into Jacob with the information to replace it.....that was 5 weeks ago and numerous texts and calls. I think I can safely assume by now that Jacob telling me he is checking his emails to find out what happened, is not happening. I would hesitate to recommend them, because a remote is a relatively small thing, but what if major damage occurred....would the client just be out of luck? Based on my experience they would be.

(0930) unfortunately he had to park in the street because our ancient Durango would not start so I couldn't move it or he could've pulled up a little closer into the driveway. After introducing himself, I let him in to take a look at the recliners which I had moved up into the front of our home. He immediately took out the first one and got it, settled within his trailer and came back for the second one. He was very professional and extremely nice. Additionally, I lived on the 2nd floor which posed another challenge, especially for an unwieldy king size mattress set , a large sectional couch and a large heavy dresser that I'll probably be buried in, lol. I did have some boxes as well but like I said, it wasn't a complete move, just the big stuff. I was amazed at how all my things were wrapped, moved and loaded onto a trailer. The large trailer, pulled by a pickup, was even backed in to face a more accessible area to load my things. The deft driving skill involved in navigating ANY large vehicle is required due to my complex being over 30 years old with a 'quaint' parking lot. These guys made everything look like a well choreographed ballet. They worked quickly and crazy efficiently. Enthusiastically recommended, I am a very satisfied customer!
