From the start, Johno came out for an inspection, gave us a quote within minutes, and even walked us through what could happen once the old roof was removed. I appreciated that transparency. Manny and his crew were on-site bright and early. I'll admit... I overslept and had to move cars last-minute, but Manny was patient and kind about it. They have to behave like professionals, answer and return calls, know what they're doing, be patient with the consumer and their concerns, as well as have top notch, post installation consumer care. Also, can't fail to mention clean up after themselves, that's a special concern when you have dogs running the property, you don't need a nail in their paw... We have a ranch home, along with an attached three and a half car garage, so plenty of roof... tear off, replacement, clean up..all completed, in 20 hours! 12 hours the first day and 8 the next!
