Stopped at the Ashton location. Burger is good, and quite filling even for a single patty. Ambiance casual with nice service. Was not impressed with the fries or tater tots. The sweet potato fries are decent. Fry sauce to my surprise is served in Idaho. They have a Man vs Food 2 lb burger challenge if you're into that. Overall would stop here again but wouldn't go out of my way for this burger joint.

Sweet potato fries and fresh Idaho potato fries with a mushroom Swiss burger.

Food is very yummy. But be prepared for a wait. Finally got a table and ordered our food. They did mess up pretty much everything about our burger. Requested no mayonnaise and to swap out the cheese with pepper jack, neither happened. But it still is pretty darn good. Waitress was amazing, as she had her hands full with an amazing crowd and seem to be understaffed. She still had such a wonderful personality and so friendly despite the overwhelming crowd.

As always food was excellent however they need to do a deep deep clean of everything. I was very disappointed of how dirty it was. Tables were sticky, chairs were full of old crumps, the floors and wall have visible food stains everywhere. As I mention prior the food was outstanding. Still one of the best burger I have ever had. Same with the ice cream in their waffle cones, absolute delicious. Service was excellent as well. Our waitress was beyond nice and food was served quickly.

See all the garbage, corn dog stick, pickles. Yuck'

Food is ok but really disappointing that 5 waitresses are gabbing at the counter and nobody is cleaning and the place is filthy beginning with the doors you walk in, tables, floors, etc. Unfortunately it's our last time eating here.

The fries are amazing! And huge! I had the grilled chicken with mushrooms and onions and my hubby had a burger. Both selfish!

Solid burgers. Fresh veggie toppings. Better then I expected from the look of the place from the outside.

We went there two or three times! It got pretty busy, and the friendly staff kept the line moving. They had about 20 flavors (Jul 2026): chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, butter pecan, coconut & chocolate-covered almonds, cookies & cream, "cowboy" coffee (strong cold-brew coffee flavor with a sprinkling of fresh coffee grounds), double-chocolate orange, sweet fragrant huckleberry honey & lavender, mint chip, pistachio, prickly pear (people said like light berry or watermelon), raspberry cheesecake, rocky road, salted caramel, and something they call "Wedded Bliss" made of vanilla, fudge, salted-caramel, & fudge-covered almonds. Plus a few more flavors that I didnt write down. Day three of our trip: Our third serving of huckleberry ice cream! We got a half-gallon to share at a cookout. We also got crowd-pleasers: brightly-flavored strawberry and rich chocolate. (We got cones of other flavors, too, later in the week.) All were richly creamy and tasty. Fourteen of us at the cookout. No ice cream left over :-)

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences…read moreI've ever had. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely full, but it's a very small dining room with only about 10 tables. We only waited about 10 minutes to be seated, and after seeing the great Yelp reviews, we were excited to eat there. There was only one larger party of eight; the rest of the tables were small groups, so nothing suggested the kitchen was overwhelmed. We were seated at 6:10 p.m., ordered drinks, and placed our dinner order shortly afterward. Then...nothing. We waited so long that we ordered a second round of drinks, assuming our food would be arriving any minute. After finishing those drinks, we finally asked about our order around 7:30 p.m.--more than an hour after ordering. The response from the other server was disappointing. Without any real apology or concern, we were simply told it would be another 10-15 minutes because they "had lots of to-go orders." If the kitchen was prioritizing takeout over guests who had been sitting in the dining room for well over an hour, that should have been communicated from the beginning. Then 10 minutes later, to make matters worse, the other server to whom we inquired --not even ours--brought peppermints to the table to "help with our hunger." Whether it was intended as humor or not, it came across as incredibly insensitive given we'd been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes. At that point, we asked for our bill for the drinks and decided to leave. Unsurprisingly, our food appeared almost immediately after we asked for the check. By then, the experience had completely ruined our appetite. Our actual server did apologize, and I appreciated that, but it was simply too late to salvage the evening. I've eaten at countless restaurants over the years, and I have never experienced anything quite like this. Long waits can happen, but a restaurant should communicate honestly, apologize sincerely, and make guests feel valued. Unfortunately, none of that happened here. We left disappointed and I feel the need to warn others. I felt bad for our actual server (who we tipped normally) because she couldn't help the delay in the kitchen or her coworker's behavior.
