Blueberry fizz

Everything about this place was awesome! From the staff, outdoor seating area, food, and drinks 10/10. Best bbq we've had around here in a while! A random plus were the fans on the tables to keep flies away too.

Just a typical morning for breakfast- my wife gets biscuit and homemade gravy as advertised (which…read moreobviously comes from a can) and I get the pork tenderloin (hard fried jerky) 2 eggs over medium (which by the picture is no less than OVER done) home fries mediocre at best and 2 of the 4 slices of toast that I got (because the waitress dropped 2 after slinging them at us because she was flustered at the yelling coming from the kitchen- but at least the cook had the nerve to take all the waitresses back to the kitchen after gathering them all up on the floor in front of us before the battle took place back of house. Whatever the problem was they didn't mind trying to explain how mad they were and continued the vocal exchange each time they came in and out of the kitchen, the manager 'I assume' was none the wiser to all the commotion going on and kept his head down and continued to seat customers while on his phone. I won't even bring up the obvious mold all over the ceiling. I don't know if I was in an episode of Hell's Kitchen or Kitchen Nightmares, but either way Gordon Ramsey would have been pissed and shut the restaurant down. We have given y'all 3 chances (3 too many) so I guess we are back to looking for a place for local breakfast on weekends. PS- with the price of everything now a day you should be honored the people want to spend their hard earned money with you and not take it for granted.

It even has a banquet room. We were early and had breakfast. Everything was great. Their breads are made fresh daily . My cornbread was made that morning. Nice! Staff very friendly and our waitress had a playful comical attitude. Salad bar looked amazing and a lot of choices. Very fresh. Clean. Lots of dressing choices and toppings. And desserts too.

I called ahead of time to let them know that we were arriving late and they were so amenable! Also, I had GA tickets for the concert with Steep Cannon Rangers and they knew it so add needing to go to the concert to running late. They were spiritedly accommodating and friendly to get us fed and out to the concert! Every single staff member we came across was completely efficient and wonderful! I waited tables for 15 years to get through college and I'm telling you right now, these guys are the bees knees.

However, there was a misunderstanding when trying to get bocce balls. I thought that you had to pay $20 to use the bocce balls, but I wanted to edit my review to clarify that it is only a deposit that is given back once the balls are returned. As for the food, my Carolina Kettle Walking Nachos were also pretty good, although I would've preferred for a larger portion of nachos, despite being labeled as "walker" nachos. However, I came here with my mom's vegetarian family and my dog, and we were not able to sit together because there wasn't a lot of vegetarian options on the Back Porch menu, and we weren't able to sit inside because of our dog. I would suggest adding some more regular items that could be vegetarian to the porch menu, like pizza and salads. My family also paid $10 for a kids hot dog, it was just a hotdog and a bun with a side bag of potato chips. We thought this was pretty overpriced for what it was. I've been here before and have had good experiences and I hope to have more the next time I visit- we just won't bring our dog so we can eat from the taproom menu. .

The property where this horseshoe farm sits is just so beautiful. We parked at the spa and walked to the silo restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted immediately and took a seat by the fireplace while waiting for my parents to arrive. We then ordered a drink and went and sat on the patio since they were running just a little bit late. Upon arrival, we were greeted once again by our waitress that took our order and kept our water and tea filled to the brim. We ordered the soup of the day and shared the Lamburgesa. The soup was served piping hot and broth was delicious. The lamb was so flavorful, but we opted to have the jalapenos on the side. My parents ordered the Broad Burger and were equally pleased.

This restaurant was a mile away and we decided to stop there first. It's a bit of a drive from the N Rigby entrance to the the cookhouse but a beautiful ride with green fields and a stunning view of Mt. Pisgah. We were greeted by a hostess who brought us to the porch in the rear. The first thing I noticed was the sound of many voices to both sides. It was more obvious upon entering that there were multiple groups seated at both sides along community tables. We were seated in the middle of the table to the right and chose to sit across from each other. Our server, Kara, was pleasant and helpful. We ordered from the brunch menu we were given by the hostess. I ordered the scrambled egg bowl and enjoyed the best tasting egg flavor I've had in a long time. The greens, pickled onions, feta cheese and other vegetables complimented the dish perfectly. My partner wasn't sure about ground lamb ( since there are several renditions of it) but took a chance with the lamb burger and was glad she did. The fries that came with it we shared; they were crispy as we like them. She ordered a virgin bloody Mary and enjoyed it. That said the Worcestershire sauce flavor was quite pronounced and it might not be to everyone's liking. We have had several lunches and brunches over the last several days and this was the least $. I think we adjusted to the sound level after a few minutes and did strike up a conversation with some folks who came in after we did and sat nearby.
