We had a slow leak on at the bead of our front, driver side tore on our Jeep. My wife brought it in for repairs and Big O was generous enough to identify and fix the issue without any charge. These tires were not bought at Big O and this was in the initial stages of Colorado's 'shelter in place' order. Astounding service and thoughtfulness. I had an issue with new tires and an alignment purchased at an NTB in Austin right before our Colorado trip. I called and made an appt with this Big O store to have the tires and alignment checked to verify that it was not an alignment issue. They took my truck in and verified that the alignment was spot on and the issue is related to the nature of the tires. It gave me peace of mind going up and down 550. These folks are the best! I took my car in (folded my front tire in on a curb during and ice storm) they replaced the controller arm / struts etc.. My car drives better now than when I bought it! I needed my car for work and they let me take it and come back with the remainder of the payment on payday. Excellent service and quality! read more

Showed up at 5:48 pm, they are supposed to close at 6 pm. Store was closed and employees in Parking lot walked away saying they are closed. Went to Discount Tire and they were preparing to close but guess what they took care of us!! read more

Horrible service, parked my car and when I came back to pick it up the bumper had been ripped half-off! They kept lying to me until I threatened to file a police report - at which point they reluctantly did a half assed job, I had to finish it myself. I will never go back. read more

Was here on vacation and got a flat tire just as we were to leave town. Patched my tire for $10.50 quickly and I was on my way.

Pulled in here to get the brakes inspected on our way across country. They were shuddering on a steep down hill run. They test drove and inspected the brakes, and they reassured us nothing needed to be done. They have lots of friendly advice and in the end did not charge us anything. Impressed. read more

Decided to be loyal to Big O Tires even though Discount Tires moved in around the block. Last year they upped the costs to offset a coupon - owner made right. This time, took my son in to buy tires and they charged more than discount tire to put the tires on by $100 for same priced tires - $34 a tire in labor. Will NEVER go back. Since we moved here, I have only bought my tires there, rotated, swapped snow tires, everything there - over trying to be loyal to the local stores. read more

Had brake pads, rotors, and broken wheel bearing repaired today. All on very short notice and without an appointment. They worked me into their schedule to accommodate me. Both times I have been in this shop the customer service was poor to nonexistent. The first time I was even treated rather rudely from the front desk person. Would it really hurt to greet a customer pleasantly when they walk in the door? Can't wait to take my business to Discount Tire! read more

DON'T GET GOT! I had my front brakes replaced a month ago and when my truck was returned the parking brake was tightened (it had quite a bit of length to pull before, but worked perfectly fine). I thought this was just part of the front brake maintenance. A month goes by and I pull the brake and it comes out completely. Ironic..unfortunate? I went immediately to the shop to see if they could fix it, how much....mentioned that i had my brakes replaced here a month ago and that they had tightened the brake. They told me they would call me when they found the parts since I have an older toyota. I believe that was thurs or fri so monday evening I gave them a call to see what they found....Rob answered the phone and pulled up my file and told me it was going to be over $500 for parts and labor. I asked if it was possible that tightening my parking brake had something to do with it completely pulling out, he got very rude and told me we had a bad connection (I had full service on my phone). I went into town and to my surpirse, for not being able to hear what i was saying, he had his whole speech how they didnt touch my parking break! he completely denied they touched it and since I didnt say anything when i originally recieved my truck back (because i thought it WAS part of the brake maintenance) it was my word against his. He got loud with me when I argued that this was one heck of a coincidence, so loud his co-worker that was behind the desk with him was telling him to calm down. Horrible service! Rude employees both on the phone and in the store. I'm so glad a Discount Tire is going In right across the street, maybe the manager will see how important customer service is otherwise people won't ever give this place a chance. I will never give this store a penny of mine! Wanted me to wait 3-4 hours to fill air in my tires for me. read more

So I have been in a couple time and while yes the people working are nice, they don't seem to understand that big o tires are big o tires weather bought in the Durango store or Idaho falls or California a big o tire is warranted by big o tire store nation wide or at lest all except these guys stores I guess. read more

I will forever be indebted to "tire ninja" Rob Brumbach, who really scrambled to get me rolling again after I shredded a tire during a road trip with my mom. He hustled to help me right away, called all around town to find the tire I needed, and made time to get it put on PRONTO. That guy should run for president. Terrible! The man at the front desk in the ball cap was very nice, but it went downhill from there. They took my H2 Hummer to simply rotate my tires. The man came out from the back in a huff asking me where to "turn off my AFTER MARKET air suspension ". I informed him it was stock. I told him there was no shut off. And also told him the man at the front desk said it was fine. He responded VERY RUDELY "You need to learn this stuff, you might need to take it in for service sometime in the future." Turned around and walked off. I guess I'm a woman so be rude. Maybe he should LEARN HIS VEHICLES. They brought my car around and they had gone through my console storage and glove box and turned it upside down! Looking for an "off switch". Nothing was put back...I thought they had stolen my knife but it just was thrown to the bottom of the mess they made. My Leatherman tool was out of its box and under my seat! CD tossed aside...Rude behavior! And they need a tech that knows what he is doing. I posted this on the Hummer site and they all commented "Don't ever go back!" read more
