I recently visited this location to get some help with a nail in my tire and I'm so glad I did! Cory helped me at the front desk and Killian took my car in immediately and put it on a lift and checked it thoroughly and determined that the nail was on the shoulder/sidewall of the tire, so there was no patching that could be done. I was so bummed to hear this since I had just replaced all 4 tires not that long ago. Luckily before they ordered the tire, Killian took the time to thoroughly check the tire for any air leaks and slowly pulled the small nail out. After inspecting the area where the nail was and re-checking for any air leaks, he advised me that the tire was fine. And since the car was on the lift already, they made the extra effort to check my control arms since I had a asked about them earlier. Cory was so helpful, he went out there with another tech, checked everything out and said everything looked great. When I asked, how much everything was, he said I'm good to go! Wow, now a days, everyone charges for everything so I was so surprised! I can't thank Cory and Killian enough for the kindness, time, attention and efforts put in to helping me! We have been bringing our cars to Big-O for years for tires, brakes, and oil changes, but this was my first experience using them for a major repair. My check engine light came on while I was driving to work on Friday, and most local repair shops are closed on the weekend. We took the car (a 14 year old Mercedes, 135k miles) over to Big-O early on Saturday, and the Manager, George Relock, got back to us quickly with a diagnosis. He explained the pros and cons of this repair (relatively major), and when we decided to move forward, he managed to get Mercedes parts the same day. Their on-site mechanic, Scott, took it from there, and we had the car back before 4:00pm. You can't beat the convenience of weekend hours, and this is a trustworthy team. I can't thank Big O Tires enough! I was on my way to San Diego from LA when I hit an industrial staple that caused an air leak in my tire. With no spare and most shops closed on Sunday, I had to get towed here. Even though they were busy and closing soon, they still fit me in. About an hour later, they called to say my car was ready. There is no state or federal law prohibiting Big O from rotating my tires, yet they would not perform that service even though there is significantly more than the minimum recommended tread left.
