OMG -- I love this location, but the service was very disappointing. I appreciate that they offer free services for good reviews, but our experience today was frustrating. We came in for a simple tire rotation, and it took about one hour and 30 minutes. My boyfriend had to keep checking on the car because it stayed parked in the same spot for a long time without anyone working on it. The process felt disorganized, and several staff members didn't seem to know what was going on. They stopped the tire rotation because they said there was a nail in my tire, even though there was no air leaking. They told us they couldn't repair it because the nail was on the side and that we needed to replace the tire with a new one. However, they didn't even properly check the tire. My boyfriend felt something was off, so we decided not to replace anything and just leave. We went to another shop (Flat Tire Mechanix). Although they couldn't fully help because it's a Tesla, they kindly checked the tire for free. They used water to inspect it and removed the nail -- and it turned out the nail had not punctured the tire at all. I'm so glad we didn't follow the recommendation to buy new tires. I really like this location, but the service quality, communication, and inspection process need serious improvement. read more

Went there to have a flat fixed. Lost my BMW valve cover, but found it the next day. They also scrapped my rim. Lastly, was cleaning my car yesterday and saw that the tire was put on backwards. It says "inside" on the outside of the tire. Would not recommend this location. read more

In the past I have always given them 5 star reviews. This time I had a 1 pm appt. I arrived at 12:20. After 2 hours they still had not even pulled my car into the bay. They finally pulled my car in after I mentioned I had been there for 2 hours and 10 minutes waiting patiently. I think they forgot about me. I am not sure if they forgot and kept taking walk-in appts or what was going on. Once they pulled my car into the bay was out 50 minutes later. read more

I brought my car in to have a nail removed and the tire repaired. I was told it would take about one hour. Instead, it took several hours to complete the work. During that time, the staff tried to sell me new tires -- even though my tires didn't need replacement. Overall I'm disappointed by the extended wait time and the hard-sell tactics. Randomly got a screw in my tire and needed a fix / change as soon as possible. Called a bunch of shops and nobody picked up but I called Big O Tires and right away they said to bring it in and as soon as we pulled up they got working on our car immediately. Jason and his team was amazing! As a women I always feel intimidated and feel like I'm going to get ripped off but Jason was such a honest and huge help! Great customer service! I came I. With a flat tire and needed the key to get the lugnut off which I didn't have. They worked hard to explain to me what the deal was and were able to get it off manually. They also gave me a good deal. Went for an oil change this past December and they didn't screw the skid plate correctly and it ended up falling off and dragging when I was driving on the freeway. Went back to have them fix it that same day but caught them almost trying to tie it back on with zip ties. It's been 9 months /5000 miles since I went there and I need another oil change and realize the drain pan was stripped which is going to cause a leak and now I need to buy a new pan. Don't bother spending your money here, they'll do shady stuff and not even tell you! read more

BEWARE of this place! They are not honest (or very inexperienced)! I had a screw in my tire so brought it there for a tire repair. After their inspection, the guy told me I needed a new tire as the screw was too close to the edge of the tire (it was about an inch and a half from the edge). I asked how much and it was $400+ for a new tire. Since I wasn't losing air, I figured I would "think about it" and get back to them. Got home and Googled my tire brand and size to see whether their price was fair and found it cheaper at a competitor's shop. Went there the following day and the manager came out and looked at the screw in my tire and asked if I have been losing air. I told him no and he grabbed the screw and pulled it out of the tire saying it didn't go all of the way through. No charge! Big O Tires.....You should be ashamed of yourselves for not catching this and trying to upsell a new tire. read more

One worker said my trailer is too heavy, the trailers about 1500 pounds The other guy said trailer tires are different than car and truck tires so it can't be patched! Last time I had my oil changed, my mechanic told me it was time for new tires. My husband and I shopped around and decided to purchase the tires here. I made an appointment and was greeted by Mike. We told Mike the tires we wanted to purchase and he informed us that they would need to order. Tires would arrive the next day. We went ahead and placed the order and of course had to put a deposit down. The next day, Mike called me at 11:30am to let me know the tires had arrived. I brought my car back and within two hours the new tires were installed. Tires were a bit pricey, but everything is these days. Scheduled an appointment for a simple tire rotation and balance. I showed up early (I acknowledged this when I arrived). The gentleman told me there were a "couple cars ahead of me" and that they might not get to my car early. I agreed to wait. I was there for a hour and a half (over a half hour into my scheduled appointment and I asked when my car would be serviced and he told me there were still a "couple cars ahead" of me. It is worthless to schedule an appointment if they do not honor it. Not to mention they were going to charge me almost $60 for the rotation and balance. Very disappointing experience. I had a 2 PM appointment and arrived on time. After checking in, I was quoted $340 for an alignment and A/C recharge. I was asked to return at 4 PM, After waiting 1 hour and 16 minutes, I received a call from the shop informing me that the price would now be double the original quote. Their explanation was that my car was newer than they initially thought and would require more expensive A/C components. This information was only communicated to me after more than an hour of waiting, and no work was done on my car during that entire time. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. If the quote was inaccurate, that should have been communicated much sooner--not after an hour of waiting with zero progress. I picked up my car yesterday from Big-O after getting 4 new tires. They were able to get the tires in the shop fairly quickly. The guys in the office were great, especially Jason. So far so good with my tires. Time will tell. My only complaint is whoever drove my car in/out of their shop got my seat filthy. I have light tan leather seats that I just spent an hour cleaning 4 days ago. When I received my car, my driver's seat was very visibility dirty. It just would have been nice if they could have covered my seat to protect it from getting dirty. read more
