I went in to have a tire leak repaired and everyone was so nice! I interacted with several people, including Caitlin and Domanic, and not only were they genuinely pleasant but also super helpful. There was a situation where my tires had wheel locks on them that I wasn't super familiar with and they took the time to explain everything and walk me through solutions. I love this spot and highly recommend for any of the services they offer. Previously went here for 4 new tires on another vehicle and I had a very similar experience. Good service, good value. I went in to have my front brakes checked. I was told I needed front brakes, rotors, shocks, air filter and tire rods for$1700. Took my car to another shop and everything looked great except for front brakes and rotors and it would be $500. Be careful and cautious since this place tries to RIP OFF people. Huge scam going on here. No wonder the mechanics were sitting on the curb vaping since they were slow. I would Not Reccamend this place. They also said they would buy my car off of me since it needed so much work. Haha. Scam!! read more

I think the folks are nice who work there, however, it is much pricier than other tire stores I went to after I had visited big O. Discount Tire had me all fixed up for about $200, whereas Big O told me I needed an entire new set of tires, even though three of them were in fine shape. Their idea would have cost me $1200. read more

I pulled in to have my tire pressure checked. Domanic was very polite, courteous and checked all 4 tires quickly. He explained that he topped off all of them and advised there was nothing to worry about...the pressure was most likely low due to the recent cold weather. if you set an appointment for 8:00 am you should start the service at 8:00 am, if you are unable to start at 8:00 am. talk to your customer about why they can't start the oil changed and tire rotation. They didn't start my service until I complained. This is poor customer service. read more

***** Don't go here***** I just went to put washer fluid into my truck and notice my air filter sitting on my intake plenum. My truck has had no air filter in place while driving. I brought my truck in for tires. Why do they my air filter out?? These guys obviously have no business doing automotive inspection or repairs. I came in yesterday afternoon and let them know that it sounded like something had attached itself to one of my tires as all of the sudden, I was hearing something odd while driving. Darren, the Sales Advisor, quickly came out to where my car was parked and checked it out. He found a bolt in one of the tires! Even though it was nearing the end of the day, he let me know that they could get this all patched up and at no charge. I was so relieved that this service was free...because I had just come from another garage having to spend money on a brake fluid flush. I waited in the waiting room while they were finishing up one car and then saw to getting my tire fixed next. Darren kept me posted on the progress and shortly after, I was was ready to go. He let me know that it would be good to go with the life of the tire. I asked how they did that...he took the time to explain to me the details of what they did to patch it. I had a screw in my tire yesterday. They kept my car for three hours and called me and told me it was ready. They charged me $35. The car was left unlocked. The glove box was left open and items left on the seat. The screw is still in the tire. They never fixed it or even touched it. This is infuriating. One of my wife's car tire was slowly going flat time and time again. Took it to Big O tires on E 6th Ave, Aurora, CO. My host was was Alvin, he was very approachable and easy to chat with. ​I went early in the morning, around 0730hrs. I sat in the waiting room, had a cup.of hot complementary coffee and waiting approximately 20 minutes. Alvin notified me that it may have been the beading on the tire, he didn't force any additional services, but did mention that on the next oil change a tire rotation would be beneficial. I think we have found our new car service center, they don't try to upscale everything, it seems a family company as I met the mother of an employee getting her car serviced. Big O Tires in Beaver Ut. is amazing. I'm driving from Idaho to CA and was concerned about my tires so I pulled over to the nearest Big O. I got in right away. They listened to my concerns and checked them. We decided the tires were fine. Did you know Big O does batteries? Went to start the car to leave, it wouldn't start. I woke up Sunday morning with a flat tire; put the donut tire on and drove over to Big O Tires. Before I went there I read they were the only tire shop open on Sunday in Littleton. Jeremy D. greeted me and said they would get right on it. Within 5, yes 5 minutes the service guys had removed the screw in the tire, put the plug in, and had me on my way. When I went to pay Jeremy told me it was "on the house today". Customer service is a lost art and Jeremy and his crew are living proof that it is still alive today. I plan to go back when I need other service i.e. oil changes, mechanical help, and oh yeah, tires! Thanks again guys for making my day. read more

I have had had two flats end up replaced with tire warranties . In just a couple of weeks. I really appreciate the tire warranty program. So today I went in to get the tires put on the same axle AND have them put the nitrogen that I paid for to be put in to the two new tires. While I waited an hour and a half. They put the tires on the same axle but did not replace the nitrogen like I asked. I would have waited a bit but they told me it was done. I will inspect any work I have them do from now on. I should have looked.I will want to watch all service done ever again. You could have fooled me by just replacing the caps . MY TIME WASTED is BY having to go back again and ask for the service that I asked for today!!!! read more

Hello, I have been a customer at the Big O tires shop at Austin Bluffs and Barnes road in Colorado Springs for over 20 years. Jesse has ALWAYS addressed several vehicles needs in a very professional and timely manner. He is always very pleasant including today when I had tire pressure issues with my new tires. He had me move my F150 into the 3rd stall immediately and Daniel fixed my issues with all 4 tires. Daniel was also very pleasant with a can do attitude and was very personable. They both addressed the issues and I left within 5 minutes and issues were resolved.
