When I shared my frustration with Tom, the manager, he didn't want to hear anything I had to say- he was very unprofessional even after I told him I'm speaking to you professionally can you do the same in return please. Never once apologized for having me there 3 hours for an oil change and said I show know I would take that long. Multiple people having the same issue while I was in there. I took my truck in for an alignment because my truck was pulling left. When I left my steering wheel was then pulling right. Went back in and they found one tire was separating so I bought 4 new tires and asked them to double check the alignment. They said everything was good but when I left the alignment was clearly still off and now the whole truck was bouncing while driving at any speed. Went back in and asked them to double check the alignment again as well as check the wheel balancing. Hour and a half later they tell me the alignment was still off but said nothing about the balance. When I asked about it they said they forgot so I waited another hour. They came back and said all wheels were off by at least an ounce but it's good to go now. When I left the bouncing was even worse! Took my truck to another tire shop next day and they found that every wheel was off by 2-5 ounces! Absolutely pathetic Big-O!! read more

2 years ago my A/C went out. I was told my system had "Black Death" and the whole system needed to be replaced at the tune of 2 grand!!! I had no choice and paid the money. I scheduled an appointment with Big O about a week in advance specifically to get new tires. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they had no record of my appointment and the tires I needed weren't there. I decided to give them a second chance after they assured me they could get the tires in, and I even placed a $500 deposit. But then they called me back and told me they still couldn't get the tires on the promised day. Overall, it felt like I was just being jostled around, and it was a really frustrating experience. We woke up to a dead battery on a Sunday morning. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the Crismon location was open. We conveniently scheduled a battery replacement online. The technician tested the entire electrical and charging system, including the alternator, serpentine belt, and wiring, to ensure everything was functioning correctly, not just the battery itself. The staff were very friendly and prices were fair. We will continue to use Big O Tires for our automotive needs. read more

Giving you another 1 star for your response. There's no remarks on my work order about uneven tire wear, and no one said a word about that when I picked it up. Only comment was that tires were a little low as we reported when we brought it in, that's why we asked you to get them back to spec. The car only has 12K miles on it, tire wear is fine and so is everything else after we got another shop to do the alignment and balance, and yes it was out of alignment. All you had to do was drive it to confirm that. So yea....check the flippin' alignment like you're supposed to do!!! Even if you were right (you're not), why not tell the customer about the treadwear issue? AND....we almost left it or reschedule so that you could go back and do the alignment, and the guy was all for it and said nothing about that not going to do any good due to bad treadwear. So yea, your response doesn't hold water as your employee seemed to think it was a good idea to circle back and do the alignment and apologized (although was not his fault, it was the other girl). Either way you try to slice it is not good for you. So worse than not getting the work done or the car fixed is being lied to. Hole is getting deeper. read more

If I was able to give 0 stars I would. This place is completely and utterly horrible. For a simple oil change on my 2015 dodge dart, it took over 2 hours. I know damn well, and oil change takes a max of 45 minutes. Not only the wait time, but I watched the car get done from the parking lot. Called a sister Big-O store asking how much to fix a nail in tire with a leak. They said, "$26.49 with tax." Looking at their location I realized this Crismon Road store was closer, so I went there instead. Tire fixed, but Liam the manager charged me $43.46. No pay? No car! After calling him for a partial refund & hearing "NO!", I filed a dispute with my bank I received a refund for enough money to bring the amount paid down to $26.49. Went here for an oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted 1 hour.... 2 1/2 hours later my vehicle was ready. The not so gentlemen up front was rude the entire time. Told me I needed 2 new tires. Replaced a tire but somehow a tire shop put on the wrong which was then throwing off my car sensors. Had to go to 3 different locations until they figured out that they didn't put the right tire on then back to the original just for them not to have the right one in even thought I had paid for all the work already. I received so many excuses and high prices reasons only 1 tire could not be replaced. Then told that I'd have to wait 2-3 weeks to order and replace my tire. Then they conned me into he tries and rims and to sign for Snap finance. 154.54 every Monday from September 11th until December 07. Also knew that I just lost my husband and he did all auto repairs. Charged me 1100 in labor for breaking a rim. Now I received an email that Big I sold me Recalled new tires. When grieving, do not take advantage of someone vulnerable. 5 stars I think is still to low to rate this Big O Tires location. I have gone to many auto repair shops in the area and by far this Big O Tires is leaps and bounds above any shop in the state. 8 months ago I had this location install new tires and level kit on my 2017 F-150. Fast forward to today my truck started to feel a little like a wet sponge when driving it. Long story short I took the truck to SAN TAN FORD. who then told my the level kit was put on wrong and now I need new knuckles, steering pin, and control arms and all the hardware all to the tune of $1,700.00. For a brief moment I was like Dam Big O put a level on wrong and it caused this? I proceeded to call Big O Tires expecting a fight with them I got the exact opposite. They immediately got Doug the service manager to talk to me and say they stand by their work and if it was a error they will fix it. Doug got on the phone with SAN TAN FORD and could immediately tell they were trying to take me to the cleaners. Doug arranged to tow my truck from San Tan Ford to his shop to inspect it. The next day they picked up the truck I did not tell them I was going to meet the truck at the shop but when i pulled up the secound my F-150 came off the truck Doug immediately took it into a bay and hoisted it up then 6 mechanics all started to dig into my truck to find the issue. And what did they find a broken knuckle or bent and stripped control bars? Nope they found nothing but a screw that was louse and striped that beeded to be replaced that was it. By taking the time to address the issues and take ownership of the problem they saved me over$1,700.00 that is customer service. What other business would go back 8 months and do this? I had a tire warranty and needed to get my tires repaired. Since this location was the closest, I had my vehicle towed to this Big O location for repair. It took two days to get new tires, then EVERY time I talked to someone the price was different. I asked multiple times for the final cost. I was told once $70+ tax, then that went to $110 since it needed an alignment , then when I picked up my vehicle and went to pay it was over $190!! They called me on the day i I was supposed to pick up my vehicle and told me my keys were locked inside..... then never even called me back to let me know they found them. Then when I got inside my vehicle it was disgusting with grease all over my seat covers that they damaged because they don't even stay on my seats any more. I definitely DON'T recommend this place. So they guy said I could come in the next day and I would be in and out quickly. It took over an hour. Second, they do a quick complimentary check. That didn't get done. I went I had an appointment. This place is a joke. First I take my truck for an oil change/service in which they didn't preform anything but they did charge me for it. When I went back to call them out on it I was told to call customer service. After multiple calls I finally received a call back from "Blade" the regional manager, he explained that there was a mistake and the staff would under go training and also offered me a free oil change. We later discussed how I had new tires that I would like to install and if they could do this since it would only be labor to install my provided tires, Blade agreed. I was kinda reluctant for them to do an oil change but for a company with "Tires" in the name how could they screw it up??? Well 800 miles after the install all my lug nuts were loose and my rear wheel nearly fell off on the highway. I text pictures to Blade whom gave a half hearted apology and recommended I brought the truck back in for them to check the torque on my lug nuts. I think I've been to this business (not this location) maybe once or twice. I normally go to Walmart for oil changes and Discount Tire for tires, but I opted for this location due to all the COVID nonsense of the other businesses. Wow, I was blown away. My car maybe took about an hour or two at the most to get finished. I'm so confused why all the negative reviews. The customer service from this place was absolutely phenomenal that I will be switching to this shop from now on. I already told my friends and family to use this location as well. We brought our Tahoe in for some rear end work. We were quoted at $900 which was high but we needed it done so we agreed to it. Once they were done with that repair, they called us and said they fixed the original issue however THEY BROKE our power steering and want us to pay an additional $1300 to fix what THEY BROKE!!! The part is only $300 according to them and they want to charge us $1000 in labor for their mistake! I'm beyond livid!! I've never experienced such poor workmanship and customer service! I would like to thank the two gentleman, Liam and Jeff that fixed my truck, so my son could get back to Ca. He came home to visit. We went to Big O Tires for an oil change, and the gentleman detected that the shocks were in very bad shape. They knew we had very limited time because he was driving back that night. Their team stayed late and waited for shocks to come from the supplier so they can finish the job same day. They were very professional, knowledgeable and even gave us $100 rebate to fill out to save a few bucks. The customer service at this location is not it they all act like they don't want to be there so they treat you like they don't want you to be there. The last time I got a oil change it was $50 a few months ago at a different location and it was good for 5000 miles they charged me $65 for oil change that only gets me 3000 miles so I'm not sure what the deal is there. I have insurance on my tires and instead of the guy explaining how the insurance works. He just said the charge for labor will be there. I asked him what the insurance covers. He gave me an attitude and said it covers only the tire and then felt the need to print it out and hand me the Policy five minutes later saying just so you see, I'm not lying. I didn't say no to the tire because I thought he was like I said down to the tire because I would rather go to a different Big O tires and have my tires replaced because he was acting like I was a inconvenience to them. I brought my truck to have a transmission fluid exchange on Friday, 10/9/20 at around noon. The salesperson said it will use 13 quarts of transmission fluid. I decided to go for it and waited patiently. I walked by my truck, and saw the mechanic using a suction pump to transmission dip stick tube, to pull out the old fluid. I kindly asked him where the machine was, that's supposed to hold 13 quarts of the new fluid. I kindly asked him to use the machine, as that was the service that I paid for. He began to scream and yell profanities at me, stating that I needed to "get the f*** out of my shop." I cannot believe that this establishment will allow their paying customers to be treated in the most unprofessional way. Out of anger, the mechanic also parked my truck beyond property lines to show off the authority he believes he has. Thank you for deciding not to charge me for the service that you did not deliver, and park my truck way out of the customer's convenience. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. The verbal abuse of the "professional" mechanic, as well as the zero empathy exhibited by the management, truly shows what kind of establishment this is. My issue was I left a $10.00 scratcher lottery ticket (I know, I should have taken it with me) on my console. After my oil change was complete, it was gone. I've been to this shop twice, both times for oil changes. The guys working at the front are always very kind and I like how personal they are with customers, all while still maintaining a professional attitude. My last oil change was no longer than an hour, if even that, and they were able to get my car in as soon as I walked in. The prices for the service were way better than I had expected as well. They replaced the front tires instead of the back ones! When my back tire got a nail stuck and started leaking air continually, I came to Big O. I told them that the back tire was leaking air on a regular basis, so I wanted to get two new back tires. They said no problem. I picked up the car and drove home. The next day the back tire was flat again. So I inspected the tires and realized they replaced the front tires instead of the back. I called them and explained the problem, and the employee said that they would give me a new tire for free in the back because they messed up. I said great and then said I would pay for a second one so that the tires would be matching. When I went to drop it off though, the manager told me they wouldn't give me a new tire. Why? Because I 'told' them that I wanted the front tires changed. Now why would I tell them to fix the tires that aren't going flat??? And I know exactly which tire goes flat because it's the one with a giant circle on it where the nail is embedded! They did nothing to compensate for THEIR mistake, so I will now have to buy another set of tires from a different place for the back. I will never go back there and I highly recommend you don't give them your business either. read more
