Jason is the new owner of this Franchise. Him and his wife are amazing. They treat everyone like family including their employees. I took my 2003 Sierra 3500 Diesel in after I bought it used. They found multiple things wrong with it. The repairs cost me over 5K, but every repair was done correctly. I had tires replaced, door actuator, horn, turn signal switch, shocks, ball joints, block heater, inner and outer tie rods. Routine maintenance fuel filter, oil change, and plenty of filters. My truck is running optimal and I am happy with the service. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it's locally owned and operated. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. The front staff works above and beyond for you. Jason the owner runs the place like a well oil machine. I'm impressed on the service provided. I wish them many more years are great success. I like that Big O always does a thorough check when getting an oil change (a nearby competitor doesn't and that's why I went back to Big O). They were able to complete my oil change in about an hour. Everyone was friendly. I did have to go back in and ask for them to reset the digital "oil maintenance" reminder. Also my tire pressure light is still on. Not sure if it's because of the chilly weather or because the spare needs air. Asked about it but they assured me the pressure light will go off. Beware! A couple years ago, a Big-O technician recommended unnecessary service, which amounted to about $1000. I took my car to a different shop to get the service performed and the technician pointed out that the service wasn't actually needed. I called the person from Big O Tires to express my disappointment and frustration that they were recommending unneeded service. I then responded to a big O tires survey about my experience with them. The general manager then followed up with me to learn more about why I gave them a poor rating. After recognizing that his Technician was in the wrong. He asked what it would take for me to feel better about their store. We agreed on four free alignments for the 3 vehicles in our family. He agreed the alignments would be good for my 3 cars with no expiration date. A couple years later, we've used one alignment and I just tried to use one of the free alignments. The new general manager saw the notes in the system, but refused to provide a free alignment saying "we've been through three general managers in the last year or so because of "garbage like this."" In other words, he isn't honoring a commitment made by a previous general manager even though the free alignments were written up in their system. Because of their unethical behavior and lack of accountability for recommending unnecessary repairs, I've decided to go elsewhere in the future. This shop used to be my "go to" for oil changes, tires, and brake service. It's a shame they have no business sense under new management. read more

Discount tire told me I needed to replace all 4 together even though I had gotten new tires not too long ago. I decided to wait bc I wanted another opinion. Even though they weren't sure they'd be able to fix it due to location of puncture, Josh offered to double check and replace with spare if needed. Had a tire side wall blow out in my 2017 Mustang, and this car does not have a spare tire. Hubs came to help jack up the car, and take the tire off to find a replacement. Tire is not a popular tire, so first stop .. 4 hour wait to even see what was wrong with my tire. 2nd stop - Big O Tire store #6246 in Parker, CO. No tire here either, but they did find one. Not available for a few days though. So Jason at Big O said he had a solution to "get us by". Wasn't exactly the same size, but they stretched it to fit my wheel, and get us home. No charge! The so called Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got home my car was missing the left rear hubcap. The left front hubcap was cracked and not Lined up for the air steam. So I checked the right side to find right rear new weight on the rim was almost ready to fall off, and surprisingly no weight on the right front. Pretty weird no weight on the rim. Can you say what a professional job NO NOT AT ALL. Called store asked for the Owner to call she never called. How surprising!!! On February 24, 2022 we went to Big O Tires and asked Josh for 2 new tires for my car. We drove less then 20,000 miles and Josh said he had to order them because they didn't have the same tires and that size I requested so he had to order them. I asked how much for 2 tires balanced and mounted that is all I requested. Josh said the tires were about $100.00, so Josh asked if I wanted extra insurance on the tires and a told him no. Josh said that I would have to put down some money on the tires so I said how mush is it total he said $293.17 then so I paid it and only received a receipt for the money paid. I made a appointment on March 1, 2022. A couple days later they called and said the tires arrived. On march 1, at 9:00 am, I arrived and was wondering why the cost for 2 tires was $293.17 and January 2, 2020 the 4 tires were $403.55 and I wanted to see what was I being charged for. To find out Josh but down 2 tire pressure rebuilt kits and to fill the tires with nitrogen WTH really!! This was $38.03 more and he instead they had to install the new tires in the back but I requested the new tires to be installed on the front, the back tires were ok still, since I have front wheel drive. So I requested again to put the new tires on the front and only wanted them balanced and mounted. The total was $255.14 When the car was done I was at the restaurant next door and as I walked up all 4 tires were off and I again said I didn't want anything done to the rear tires Josh said that I guess he didn't tell the workers that so the had the new ones on the rear instead so they were putting them on the way I requested. I talked to to owner Terry, she really didn't want to here anything and that nothing was done wrong asking me did I sign the paperwork on what they were going to do and I showed her I had not signed anything. Instead of understanding that Josh was trying to charge me for things that I didn't want. She was trying to say that this is how they do business. I said you know I'm a good customer here and she asked how many times have I come their. I said this was my second time then Terry said does this mean your a good customer. WTH how many times does it take or how much money does it take to become a good customer??? Since Josh said I ordered everything on the phone I said no I came in last week and that was a lie. He got mad and told me to leave the store before he gets mad.... WTH a worker can threaten a customer and Terry figures that is ok also. The conversation was going around in a circle so I thought that this is not going anywhere. When I got home the left rear tire hubcap was missing, and I couldn't see the valve stem in the left front tire so, I removed the hubcap to place it properly to find out, the weight was ready to fall off and the front hubcap was cracked. I replace all 4 hubcap 6 months ago because they come in a set of 4. I call Big O Tires to let them know what had happened but they said Terry had already went home for the day. I asked to leave her a note on what happened and to please call me back. Their people seemed not to communicate very well and their customer service is despicable. I would never do business there ever again. A woman in the parking lot said she had over heard our conversation and she would not do business their ether. There are a lot of tire companies in Parker any tire store would have to be better then Big O Tires!! That's SAD!! I wish there could be less stars in the negative because that 1 star is extremely to high!!! read more

I went to Big O for a new set of KO2 tires on my Jeep Wrangler. I couldn't believe the number of things done wrong on a simple operation. First, they replaced my good valve stem caps with 3 different types - even different colors. Second, one of tires went completely flat the first night. One of the valve stems was leaking so bad you could hear it. Obviously not checked at the dealer. Third, the tires were not balanced correctly - bad vibration over 65 mph. I took it back to Big O once to correct without any better results. I finally took my Jeep to High Country 4x4 and they balanced them perfectly on the first try. Through all of this no discount was offered. I would suggest using another tire shop. read more

I took my car in for tires and breaks. They told me I did not need breaks that I needed new shocks and rosters and that my breaks were good. I am a single mom and cant afford a bunch but $3,500 later. I returned my car a week later because I was still hearing scraping coming from my breaks. I purchased my tire from Big O elsewhere but happened to be in Parker when all four tires alerted low. I parked and went inside - the guys inside seem friendly enough although very busy. I told one that all four were showing low. He told me to pull into the first bay and he would be right out. I backed my car into the bay and waited a few minutes then - this "jerk" employee pulls up in a Jeep and glares at me, finally it gets out, slams the door and barks which one is low. I said all four. He snatches the air hoses and literally growls at me "next time don't pull in the bay". I said the guy inside told me to. He said sarcastically said Really!?! He snatched the valve cap covers off and threw them down, then proceeded to half ass filled the tires and the got even more pissed when he couldn't find the caps he flung to the floor. Twice he barely missed hitting my car with air hose head. As hard as he was slinging it around it would have left a dent. Why oh why can't anyone give decent customer service? And this morning my rear passenger tire was flat. I'll take my car to the Woodman location where they actually like their customers. read more

Worst experience I've ever had pretty much anywhere. They completely tried to rip me off and are dishonest. I needed to get a tire patched and because of an injury I needed to get an oil change. Their so called inspection came back as needing almost $2000 in repairs. See I am a mechanic and I do all the work myself usually. I had replaced brake rotors and pads about 3 months ago. They proceeded to say a bolt was missing and the rotors needed replacing at a tune of over $1500 Uh. No. They have under 2000 miles on new brakes and rotors. Oh. That bolt. Still there when I got home. Was never missing. As for the tire they wouldn't touch it and when the service advisor asked the mechanic the mechanic rudely was very aggressive and agitated. Complete disrespect to me and the manager. If I did this to a customer especially I'd have no job. Btw their oil change is a rip off. It ended up being $90 for an oil change on a Honda Accord? Wow. Must be nice to smoke weed and laugh at the price of your "service". My advice stay away from big o. Unless you are at home with the lady, then do the big o as much as possible. read more

My family has been coming here to have work done on our vehicles for as long as I can remember. It has always been a great experience, and they take really good care of us every time we come in for any repairs or maintenance work. Today, I was dealing with a nail in my tire and the shop was incredibly busy; I could tell as soon as I walked in the door (at 5 pm). I knew with it being so busy and so close to closing time that it was unlikely they'd be able to get me in, if the tire was even repairable, but I figured it couldn't hurt to at least drop it off and find a ride to work in the morning. Josh greeted me when I walked in and was super friendly and professional. He was clear with me about what my expectations should be, regarding their workload and also how big the nail was, but told me he'd ask the techs and see what he could do. Sure enough, by some miracle, he was able to fit my tire into the crazy final hour of their work day. It was done super quickly, and they even tucked my spare back in the trunk for me where it goes. Made my appointment online and when I checked in, Josh was right on top of getting my vehicle in for it's tire rotation and balance. They knocked it out on about 20-25 minutes and let me know that or rear brakes were getting worn, but no action was needed now but recommended before winter that we get new rear pads and the front pads are good. They did also note that we are well beyond the recommended replacement of the struts, twice the milage, but they are not leaking and he would recommend that we get them replaced at our convenience and provided a quote for the work. I would never allow them to touch another vehicle as it appears they lied about checking her fluids during the inspection. They signed off that all was fine and a few days later her engine blew.
