I have taken my vehicles to this location for a decade. They are under new ownership management at this location and it's even better than the good experiences I have had historically with Big O. Here's what I do: They take a my car keys, then they drive me around the corner to the Frys in their courtesy shuttle and they also pick me up to a completed service and my grocery errands are done. I wish I was writing this review on a positive note but I am not. I took my car in for 2 tire replacements, as I had a flat tire on the freeway and it was, frankly, shredded to hell. I have to say that the gentleman who received me & got my keys from me prior to the service was very nice, and he seemed to be training a girl who was also very very nice and accommodating. I asked for 2 new tires on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra, as well as an oil change. So I give them my keys, everything is great, they say they'll call me when my car is done and I say okay perfect. I go home, and the ONLY call I got was to ask me how to open the trunk. verbatim this person goes "Yeah our mechanic needs to know how to open your trunk to get to your trunk because your keys don't have a fob or a button." That should have been my first red flag. I'm sorry you don't know how to get into a trunk if the key doesn't have a button on it??? You're a mechanic and you are telling me you can't get into a 2014 car because in your own words there isn't a button to open the trunk? Yeah it's 2025 but hell, many cars still don't operate on a fob system still?? So after silence for around 4 hours, I called an hour before they closed asking about my car, was placed on hold for about 11-12 mins (okay yes I understand being busy) at which point they say yeah, your car has BEEN done. Oh. Okay! Thanks for letting me know. So I go in, and it's dead inside. There is nobody in there other than me and I end up talking to the guy who took my payment for like 15 mins. Cool dude. Again I never had an issue with the customer service here. I get my car, and the tire pressure light is on. Okay, I let it go sometimes it just takes a while to turn off. Nope! Mind you my tire looks basically flat the day after I get home. I do have a thinner tire so I let it go for a couple days. So even after they text me asking how everything went, and I responded raising my concerns about the air pressure light being on, only for them to not respond to me for a week, it turns out my tire was at 12 PSI. 12!!!!! When it should've been around 32-34. Are you kidding me? You're going to replace two tires and they are SO deflated they look flat? And then not respond when I ask if air was put in my tires? Sorry, should have never happened in the first place and I am incredibly disappointed in the technical services administered here. Customer service? Very kind. Mechanical and technical ability? I had to get a last minute tire repair and I believe his name was Mike was great in finding the right tire with his professional recommendation. He was spot on with his estimate on time to completion. So far it was fantastic. Unfortunately there's a but... I got in my car and the glove compartment was open and my firearm was visible. It was very unsettling to see that my vehicle was explored and lacked the foresight to hide the evidence. Not a huge deal but it can be a dangerous world and nobody should be able to see what I do or do not have in my possession for self defense. Called asking when they could help with an oil change. The guy said they could do it now, so I went in as I was right down the road. I got there and he said it would be an hour for the change, and other things are included. I said no thanks to the other services and just for the oil change, and asked how long it would take. An answer wasn't given & that should've been when I left. He continued to sign me up and said "we'll get it in and out quickly". I sat there for 20 minutes, and the car still hadn't been seen. I highly recommend this Big O Tires location. Whether it's buying new tires or repairing them, they really take care of you here. I've had nothing but positive experiences here. Today they were short staffed but still worked through each customer like they were the most important one. My recomendation for buying tires here is to get the protection plan when you're offered it - a little bit extra per tire, but piece of mind when you have to use it, especially in Arizona where we can have a lot of road hazards that can damage the tire. I have been going to them for four years. It seems that every time I go in for an oil change, I walk out spending at least $200 or more, on a things they "find wrong". I went in with a nail in one tire, and they told me I needed FOUR. Then, I came in with a nail in one of the tires, and Dillon said that they may not be able to repair it.....then I reminded him that I had the warranty, and he SUDDENLY was able to repair it..... they constantly try to tell me I need things done. They had replaced an air filter, and the next time I came in, he said I needed another new filter. I questioned it, and he said that it is very dusty around here........ How does this place have anything less than 5 stars?? I have traveled all over the country and this particular branch has got to be my favorite Big O Tires that I have ever been to. (Big O Tires is a franchise so you can sometimes see a HUGE variation between locations) My partner and I had just driven 12 hours from SF to Scottsdale and our Tire Pressure Session Malfunction indicator came on our dashboard. We called around 11 am on a Friday and were able to come for an appointment at 12 pm. Just 30 minutes after our appointment, we got a call that our car was ready - the sensors just needed a simple reset and we were on our way. Other spots may try to charge outrageous pricing for a simple fix like this, but the Big O team was none of the sorts. We have been driving the car all weekend and no issues - so we know the problem was definitely fixed. Seriously no other reason to go anywhere else for your tire needs - check them out and you won't be disappointed! read more

I had an issue with my car that was caused by the last franchise owner's team, and the new management corrected the issue even though it wasn't their fault.
