I got 3 new tires, in Aug. paid over $500. last Friday, found out I was missing strut bolts on my driver side.. went back in to see why the technicians never said anything. Asked how much it would cost to put on 2 $10 bolts. And was quoted $140.00. more than the dealer. 1) why didnt you catch it when I was there? 2)! Why are you charging customers who just spent $500 with you, $120 to screw on a bolt? won't be going back, and wont recommend. Shady shady shady!! read more

I had lost weight off one of my tires and had a bad vibration and it brought it in the shop, that's what I thought, they were able to get me in pretty quick. I did have to wait a little while they got the tires re-balanced and rotated at no charge because I bought my tires there. they are friendly and happy to help. read more

I have purchased 4 tires at this location for Mr car within the past 2 years; I experienced a leak in 1 of the tires so I went back to have repaired or replaced. A nail was lodged in the inner side of tire & could not be patched. So, I purchased a new tire as a replacement for $230. Tire was not in shop but would be available the following day. I returned, tire was replaced & I returned home . When leaving home noted air pressure reading low on dash; got out to check & the tie was almost completely deflated; I called & was told to return to find out a piece of metal was in the new tire that I had just purchased & may not be possible to repair & because I didn't purchase the road hazard warranty I would need another tire but since the tire was just purchased, I was given an option to purchase the warranty for an additional $125 & the tire would be replaced. I never purchase those type of warranties because I like to think I purchased a quality product that would last more than a few ours after I use. Desperate not having a spare I purchased & was return today for replacement. I am now questioning if I should return. I am now struggling with Big O response as a reaction to me not initially buying a warranty vs providing a good faith replacement. read more

Very unprofessional! Unfortunately I have experience a horrible customer service, while I was purchasing one of my tire for my truck. With that experience they ordered the wrong tire according to my other 3 tires and still installed it, which that is so unprofessional and very upsetting to me, as I went for a professional service place to get it done the right way! It was very frustrating and just to add on to my experience, at the time of completing my purchase, I had applied for a credit line with"big O'Tire"prior my visit.The worker at big O'Trie told me they couldn't use my credit line with them due to my address not yet being up to date ( nonsense). With that being said I find it ridiculous and unheard of , I've NEVER had that said to me before and Ive experienced the same situation with another tire company , that had no problem at all. I can't believe the level of service I received at this shop! I normally take my car to the dealership but a friend suggested I try Big O Tires instead. I went in for an oil change and while I waited in the lobby I saw the level of care and service they provided all their clients. They were very considerate of their clients time and money. While changing the oil, they performed a full inspection and found my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. Jeremy Conrad showed me photos and took the time to explain everything to me very clearly. He said they had to wait for the parts and it would be a couple of hours. He offered me and kids a ride home. I missed a few calls and by the time I saw my phone and called him back they were already closed. Jeremy told me it was no problem and that they would wait for me to get there so I could get my car back today. He offered me a ride back too! I ended up paying way less than I would have at the dealership! I am very impressed and will definitely be back! read more

Since I had the services done, I've driven 1,500 miles. NO issues whatsoever! I had new brake pads & rotors, new shocks, new struts, new tires, 100,000 tune up, fuel system clean-out, cooling system flush, differentials, etc..... Haydn was the MAN! Took care of me the entire time, as well as the entire staff and Craig the manager. Before they did any work on my truck that may have been a question, or concern, for me, they let me see exactly the issues were on my truck. ALL were very professional and honest. Being a veteran integrity is a key issue for me. It is extremely hard to find a shop that will NOT take advantage of their customers just for a "sale." I generally have good experiences there, and am a return customer for several vehicles. This visit didn't go so great, and left me with a helpless feeling. I purchased 4 tires from this store earlier in the year. I took the vehicle in and dropped it off for a tire rotation and an oil change. They called me and told me they couldn't perform the oil change because the oil plug was cross-threaded and may strip the pan if removed. That was not their fault from what I can see. Later, they call again and said they couldn't perform the tire rotation because the lugs were swollen. Didn't make sense to me, because they were able to remove the old tires to sell me new ones. The entire interaction was disappointing, frustrating and left me feeling helpless to say the least. read more

I had a 10:00 appointment for an alignment and they told me I needed a front-end shakedown before I could get an alignment but I still waited until 11:00 before asking when it would be ready. He told me at that time that they were a little behind and it would be another hour before they could start. I told them that I couldn't wait that long so I got my keys and left. read more

Love the staff they are all very nice. They let me know that I needed to replace my A/C Expansion valve to fix my air conditioner to work and no longer blow hot air. They replaced it and got it back to me the same day, and it was as good as new! It now blows wonderfully cool air! The general manger Craig Coleman was very up front, nice and informative! I had a good experience during my visit. It was my first visit to a Big O store. AJ helped me get my car work completed with some good advice regarding my questions about other potential services. The technician actually checked the fluids during my oil change. I could see he topped off the battery and washer fluid.
