Told me it would take them two hours but they finished in one and a half hour. Some type business can only break even. I don't expect tire shops to revolutionize my life. I just need them to be honest, deliver on their promises, and provide quality work and products. That's what I want from this particular tire shop. Bought some new tires a while back and all was great, until I got a nail in one of them a week later. Took it back and they repaired it real quick. The car immediately had a bad shimmy. Took it back two more times to be looked at. Each time they balanced the tire and took it for a drive saying that everything was fine and they could not feel any shimmy. Had the tires rotated at my oil change and the shimmy moved from the rear to the front, same as the tire did. Hhmm? nothing wrong? Just took it to another shop and they advised that the tire was way out of balance and fixed it for me at no charge. Now the car rides as smooth as a babies bottom. This will be my new shop. So, either Big O has faulty machines or faulty employees that don't know how to balance a tire. Don't know which, but either way i will not be back. Unfortunate. read more

I trust Big O Tires with all my maintenance and tire needs. I have a very far commute to work which means lots of car issues. Had a ping noise come up for months and no other shop could tell me the cause.. i goto big o tires and they call me within 2 hours to tell me it was just the heatshield not mounted correctly, to which they adjusted at no cost. Never have i found an honest and reliable mechanic this day in age. i wanted to shout out brad with his fantastic customer service and the team putting in that great work! My wife's Durango needed tires. Called about 5 different places with quotes ranging from $1k to $1500. My wife works exactly 1.0 mile from our home. The car gets driven exactly 2.0 miles round trip a day, not necessitating name brand tires. Everyone was trying to quote me on super expensive name brand tires, which in my opinion is completely unnecessary for how little the vehicle gets driven. I called Big-O and spoke with Brandon. He quoted me about $500 less than the other quotes I received. No-brainer. Not only was Brandon extremely helpful, he also said he could get it done right away. But will have to charge me because they have to dismount and remount every single tire. I brought my car here because after getting 2 new tires at the Huntington Beach location, my steering wheel was shaking like a jack hammer. I tried several times to take it to the HB location, but they were always packed. So when I was in temecula I figured that I would bring it by. I had purchased the balance and rotation package previously and didn't think it would be a problem....all Big O Tires are linked, right??? Apparently not. I spent 15 minutes re-giving my info and even after that, they still could not find that I had actually purchased the rotation package. I told them that I could call the HB store and have them send the info...but he said no it's ok......then why grill me and treat me like I was lying? I was told that if I come back next time that my info would be updated and that he's sure I did purchase the package..........lol, really? The only reason I give a one star is that it should not have been 3 hrs just to put 4 tires on, how ever Brad the manager was very nice. I feel like they could have been a little faster. My husband had to say something just for them to go faster, and the manager had to put our tires on b/c the techs were slothing and b/c we had to pick up our son from school. They were not that busy. They don't have to be NASCAR pit crew but stop slothing around. read more

I've came here and gotten work done three times and this review is long overdue. As advertised, I believe that I can trust the team at Big O Tires. I had my 2011 Nissan Versa worked on at costs lower than I have expected and have been lucky enough to have the work completed the same day I brought it in. I like seeing Brandon when I'm there, he and the rest of the team are really friendly with customers and work hard to get people back on the road safely at considerably good prices. I was disappointed to learn that Big O's own brand Euro Tours which I have always bought are no longer available for my beloved 20 year old van. But Nathan at the Temecula store was very patient and informative in helping me choose from 4 other brands and he jumped through hoops to get them to me fast. Wow.. What a big difference from the hack shop across the way (pep boys). Walked in after being disappointed from what used to be a reputable shop pep boys and the Manger of big o tire greeted me and asked what they could help me with. So I asked if they had time for an oil change and he said they normally don't take vehicles in the last hour before they close, but he made an exception and took my vehicle information and soon after took the vehicle in to the shop to begin on the oil change. I only had 13. Pd's of tire pressure in my tire. Called up Big O and Mike answered. He was so nice and kind on the phone and told me what i should do till i could get it to the shop the next day after work. Mike wasn't even working at the store that day but relayed my tire problem to Brad who was waiting patiently for me to get there even though it was almost closing time. Asked if they could patch it and they tried to bullshit me and say that it couldn't be patched and said the only thing they could do is sell me a new tire. It's not my first tire screw, and my tires were only months old so I left. Go to Barney's instead, patched my tire without charging me a cent. lots of props to my mechanic meno! he has kept my Volvo running for years. unfortunately the ownership and management team has changed and I learned quickly that now this is just another tire shop in Temecula that sucks with the exception of one guy that does all the work! I brought my truck in and told them specifically there was a problem with the blower motor for the AC/heater. it wasn't acting up while they diagnosed it so they told me it was the slow leaks in the AC system that were causing the problem. $866.00 dollars later I get the truck back and of coarse it won't blow air. i was told by the manager that it wasn't his mistake that I brought the truck in with a broken blower and he gave it back to me with a broken blower. but for another $300.00 he could take care of the simple fix. I understand that some times things slip by, but in this case I was ignored, then they replaced parts that weren't giving me any problems. and to top it off they didn't own up to there mistake. We try out the online appointments and booked it at 3pm! When I came in Cody confirmed the appointment and took in my car. Within less then an hours, I'd received a call letting me know my car was ready for pickup! ( I Came in yesterday for car oil changed and tiers rotations.) I took my car in here for tires a few weeks ago. During check out they said I needed new rear brake pads and that the front brakes were FINE. (And they should be, just had them replaced less than 8 months ago) I said OK I'll come back in a couple of weeks as I am not prepared for that right now. The quote was like 139.00/. I come back 2 weeks later and now the price is 170.00 I don't have it in writing but whatever. I have it done. The very next day I am driving the car and I hear this scraping coming from the brakes. Can't figure out if it was front or back? Take it back and they say "OH! you're FRONT brakes are SHOT! The rotators are bad, you need new calipers, pads..ect." What happen to the front brakes looking fine???? SO the new quote for all this stuff is like $770! Then $590 with only one caliper and after a 50.00 mail in rebate which I would have gotten anyway. Total rip -off. I ended up having a friend do the rotators and pads and it cost me only 100.00! read more

These guys are awful. I would never go back. They sold me a set of 4 tires and were adamant that these would last for 60,000 miles. I kept coming back as they ripped and popped. They're never able to fix a tire, and it only took 4 of them for them to tell me that there was a defect in the tread pattern. Of course they didn't have any to replace them with. I never waited less than 90 minutes there, even when I was the only person in the place. Save yourself the time and the hassle. Go somewhere else. read more

This place is a truly breath of fresh air! We were on the side of the highway with a flat tire on our trailer...hot and tired from watching our daughter race all weekend, and just want to motor 7 hours home. Attempting to change it we discovered our spare was flat too. We called a local Walmart who said they had what we needed so we drove there. When we arrived, the tech gave ME the jack and said I should jack up remove the tires (4) myself and they would replace them. Ultimately, that turned out to be a waste of time. Fifty minutes before closing, we phoned Cody Spakes at Big O Tires in Temecula. He was eager to help and was extremely welcoming when we arrived. He offered a personal touch my addressing my husband Mike by his first name and was kind enough to assist with backing into his small parking lot with our large trailer. In a very short time they changed and balanced all 4 trailer tires and installed a spare underneath. It turns out the Mike and Cody had common interests and he took the time to sit with us and chat about business, too. Before we knew it we were feeling safe and continued our journey toward home. Stopped by a couple days ago to see what it would cost for an oil change for my Tacoma with fairly high milage and to check regular stuff too. Robert, the manager, was friendly and professional. I went back today and again was helped by Robert who told me what would be checked and roughly how long it would take. To be honest, I expected the service to take a lot longer since its a Saturday on a holiday weekend, but they were done very fast. Robert talked about all the things I should get done, but at no point did he pressure me into something I wasn't ready to get done on my truck.
