Nate at Jiffy Lube provided outstanding customer service from the moment we arrived. He greeted us with a friendly smile, clearly explained the entire process, let us know how long everything would take, and made sure we knew what to expect. He even asked if we'd like the car vacuumed, which was a pleasant surprise because I had no idea Jiffy Lube offered that service. He explained that they take care of much more than just oil changes, which was great to learn. I had my working dog with me, and Nate took the time to compliment her, which absolutely made my day. While we waited, he regularly came out to give us updates on the progress of the vehicle and explained his recommendations without ever making us feel pressured to purchase anything we didn't need. I really appreciated that he focused on what was actually necessary instead of trying to upsell services. Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and VERY kind throughout the entire visit. He was easy to understand and explained everything to me (I'm not a car guru) in language I could understand! Customer service like his is hard to find these days, and he made what is normally a routine errand into a truly positive experience. This is the slowest Jiffy Lube I have ever gone to. I have used them across the country over 20yrs. I don't expect to drive up and straight through. We had to wait more than twenty minutes for a clerk to come take our info, then another 40mins before we got the oil change. While waiting I watched a tech take more than 30minutes to rotate and balance tires. Our oil change Tech did not use the paint protection pads that were less than two foot away from the car If you value you time dont come to this location. read more

Got in quickly, the front lady was very nice and very helpful! I loved my service. The only thing is it is so very very hot. She showed that the air was on but it was very hot and when you are waiting for 30-50 mins...not the best. Leaving with a heat headache. read more

The WORST customer service. I stood there for about 15 minutes, and was simply ignored by both employees. Finally, Nathaniel came over smacking his gum and told me that I owed over $100 for a service. I was obviously confused, because no one greeted me yet. I expressed to him that I haven't had a service, and another customer also brought to his attention that I haven't been greeted yet. Even after Nathaniel was told this information there was no apologies or anything, he simply told me to bring my car around for my service, and I declined because the customer service was awful. Definitely not "jiffy" and certainly not cheap. $219 for an oil change and it took 2 hours!! I won't be coming here again!

Customer service at this location is terrible. I was told to pull my car forward and I will be checked in, I did that and nothing happened. Then the lady asked for my keys and said she would check me in, only to find out that she backed my car up to move another vehicle in front of mine and put my car back in the same spot where I left it...on top of that left my car running. I didn't realize this until like 30 minutes later and she was no where to be found. I was at this location for about an hour without being checked in so I asked one of the workers where she was and he didn't know nor tried to help so I left. read more

Not so jiffy Pulled up and was asked to wait for the car ahead then pull in. For the next 45 minutes no sign of anyone working on the car ahead of mine. Couldn't wait any longer and decided to take off. Never had any problems for 15 years with the old place. read more

I've been coming to this location for years even before was a Jiffy Lube. I have five cars that I've taken here all the time. They're open for at least another 45 minutes. I pull up and the guy tells me it's going to be at least an hour wait and there's only two cars in the stall that looks like they're almost complete. I had a full synthetic oil change, the service technician said I declined to have the car vacuumed and windows cleaned and then lied to me and said they no longer perform these courtesy services. If they lied on these simple services, how can I be sure they put synthetic oil in my car or even changed the oil filter. Go here at your own risk. read more

Gave me great customer service offered several additional services that I respectfully declined! And they were NOT pushy trying to add on to my service! An hour for a jiffy lube seems way to long. Looks like a lot of people with iPads and only one person actually changing oil for all 3 bays .

posted hours on line and on the door say open until 6pm Monday- Saturday.... but they can't be bothered to work. showed up at 525pm, pulled up and all lanes were open. No one was outside so I parked and was about to walk in when a man greeted me at the door saying they were closed. I pointed out that the door said open until 6 and he said "yea well there are only three of us here". I made an obvious glance towards the empty stalls and then turned around to walk away at which point I got a "but... but". I just said don't worry about it I don't want you working on my car anyway. Seems like that "new management" needs to hire people who actually want to work. read more

I had came in there was a gentleman sitting inside I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes no one came to ask what I needed the gentleman performing the oil changes would clearly see me standing there while they kept on talking finally a young lady came in and asked what I needed I replied an oil change I was then directed to step outside and go ahead and move my car which I did then they started to check in another vehicle that had came in after me terrible service will never come by here again this was my first abs last time here read more

I drive a Mazda RX-8 and am very selective about who I choose for oil changes as a shop that is not careful can easily flood the engine. The employees at this jiffy lube are careful, friendly, and pretty quick. Malik helped me out today and was very friendly and professional. He told me a bit about his story and overall is an awesome dude who cares about his work. Everyone I talked to there seemed very knowledgeable and they had some cool cars like a Lexus SC, Mustang 5.0, BRZ, 370Z and a few others. Because they drive cars like these you can tell they aren't just your average lube techs going through the motions. I usually only take my project cars to quick oil change places, but I may bring some of my nicer cars on through next time around. When the oil change was done, they showed me the oil level and I was confident they did the job right. The rx8 was still warm when I got there(if it gets cold and you shut it off quickly it will flood. The rx8 I brought through had 123k on the original rotary engine, so it's very finicky), so that was a good sign also. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Waited a long time before someone even talked with me. Only 1 car ahead of me and finally talked to one of the service people and he said they only had 3 guys but they were on iPad and not working on the cars much. I use to get my oil changed here all the time but like this. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. All I wanted was an oil change. I don't know what's going on there but they need to go back to getting cars in and out in a Jiffy like there name says. read more
