I took my car here with a flat tire and they took 2.5 hours to tell me that my tire was fine but rather my wheel/rim was cracked. I was told it got sealed and it should hold up until I get a new set of wheels in. I ordered a whole new set of wheels which cost $1000+. The next day I walk out to my tire flat yet again. So I go to put on my spare tire and when i go to look for my lug nut key, which is a special type, it wasn't there. When Big O took my wheel of to "check" they used my key and never put it back. I understand this is a simple mistake and I called to see if they had it, and they were aware of the situation, but didn't call to let me know they had it. When you have a special key, this is something you really need to have in case of emergency. I went back into the shop and they put my spare tire on for me and take off the flat. I had already left the shop and I chose to examine the tire myself and see this crack on my wheel. The first thing I see on my tire? A screw. Normally, I wouldn't leave a review like this, but when I had to spend more than 1k on a new set of wheels because of something I was told was wrong with my car, i would expect for them to be a bit more thorough. My wheel is fine, and the tire is damaged, so quite the opposite of what I was told. I took my tire to my local guy and he got it fixed for me in less than an hour. Overall, a pretty simple fix that could've been easily spotted if the guys here were thorough with their job. read more

Should be a zero star. Brought my car in for new tires and some minor work on the front end. Drove less than 200 miles after the work was done noticed a wobble and a noise coming from the back. After reviewing the car, noticed that four of the five Lugnuts on the back driver side could be taken off with my fingers, one lug, completely missing from the passenger side, and more Lugnuts loose. Called the national line put a case in. they said a district manager would reach out within 24 hours. It has been three days, No word. called the store. Spoke to the manager. He said they would have a tow truck out Monday to pick it up and look at car Wednesday morning car is still in my driveway. No word from the store. read more

I took my car in for an alignment which they had double booked me and said it was going to be like 4 hours I was ok with that I didn't need my car. 4 hours past and nothing Not even a call from someone. I finally called at 3pm and called for an hour straight with No answer. 15 min before close someone picks up and says that they didn't aligned my do to their machine broke down? did it really brake hum" I go in to grab my keys and no one to be find only my keys on the counter to anyone's reach grab my keys and never speaking to anyone. Today, I had some tires replaced with a warranty. It took a couple of days, but the manager went above and beyond to take care of us. My daughter took her car in 5-20-2023 to have two tires replaced. she had a warranty on her tires which were purchased a few months before. She went to work Monday morning 5-22-2023 & one of the tires big o replaced blew up on her which caused 3,200 dollars in damages. I talked with the store manager Ken who asked me to take the car to the dealership bc he seen nothing wrong with the car but the traction control, brake light & two other warning lights were on. So I took car to mountain state Toyota. Come to find out the arm was bent, the knuckle was bent & the wheeling bearing was destroyed. I took car back to big o like the manger Ken wanted me to so they could fix. Once car was there Ken refused to fix & referred me to the area manger Adam the next day. Long story short. Came here to get my brakes done and they didn't even tighten all the bolts down on the calipers, was rattling after I left. Hopefully nothing happened while I was driving. Honestly this place is amateur, the techs are not ASE Certified and having basic skill set when it comes to fixing your vehicle. I would not let them touch my car again. This place is the worst. Have been a handful of times and every time the employees are messing around not doing anything. Multiple times my wife and I have been the first customer there for a simple tire fix and it takes over an hour plus. I've been coming here for years and always excused the slow service because they were nice. Call today I take my vehicle in for an oil change that they told me was at three, but in their system put the oil change at 2 PM. So I walk in and the new guy behind the desk is super rude when I tell him I'm there for an appointment and he asks well how did that happen? He was rude did not talk to me talked to the person across the desk trying to figure out how I had an appointment. He then proceeded to get my name and tell me my appointment was an hour prior. They gave me the wrong time and he just stared at me and had nothing more to say after that. I have been coming here for years and have brought multiple cars in but this was the last straw. The service is getting worse and the employees are getting more rude. Avoid this area at all costs. read more

The buy 3 get one tire free sale is a misnomer: they are only select tires and they are not guaranteed to be in stock. You'd have to make an appointment then come back which is fine but if you need tires, do you want to wait a week? Gimmick to get you in the door. The free alignment (check) is also a farce; it's just a check up not a free alignment. You have to pay attention to the signage. No cost savings at this location. The service was friendly and fast but if you are looking for a deal look at your coupon flyers and utilize the 120th locations. Again the online coupons are a joke. They were close and I had to get the job done. I settled for lesser priced tires in order to afford the alignment I really needed. Not the most bang for my buck. read more

No one wants to deal with a flat tire and the stress that comes with it, but he walked me through the whole process and assured me it would be taken care of in a timely matter so I can get back to my day. Two experiences, two car. Tire requested with appointment online not available. Go to store to get ones that are available and the first option they give was almost triple the first cost. The clerk was determined we needed his upsell (went somewhere else). Second appointment was at 9 am. They ordered the parts for the wrong vehicle, reordered. Took the car in at appointed time and were told they needed to order the parts and would work on it when they come in. Which was the lie? Did not start working on it until 3 pm, we know this because they called to tell us as soon as they took off the tire that the CV joint was broken. Same thing they said when they put the tires on this car 7 months ago. Hour later a call about the broken tool and car would not be ready until next day when we told them it had to be done in one day and they said no problem. The next day the car was not done until 3 pm. To make it better, $150 off an $1800 bill. The techs cannot be trusted and upsell, upsell, upsell. It will really cost you. read more

Do not waste your money here!!! I cannot stress that enough! Go to somewhere legit unless you want a broken car like mine. I had a horrific experience here after being a loyal customer for nearly 2+ years (Since I moved to the state) Had an oil change done, they shorted me 2 quarts of oil, I drove it around assuming they did their job for 2 days, noticed it was making a knocking noise as if it was low and sure enough it was low on oil. (Mind you it didn't leak any...) Filled the bloody thing up, called them disappointed by this and they said they would take care of it next time but, the damage was already done to my car. ***They damaged the Timing Chain because of their mistake and I am stuck with the bill!!!*** I brought it to them first thing the Monday following the oil change and they said I overfilled it, went on to deny everything of course and went and said they aren't magicians and can't diagnose everything. I said it should have been caught when they did the oil change and it wasn't hence it being caused by low oil, they said it is old and I need a new car. I would call corporate on their negligence but good freaking luck, they will deny everything and give me some corporate/ franchise BS. I thought they would make things right as they seem like decent enough people and I have spent a lot there but, nope! I had to open a yelp to get the word out as I have been wronged and I am paying it forward as YELP reviews can save someone from HAVING TO BUY A WHOLE NEW CAR! I wish someone would contact me but, I doubt they will... even still, would they fix it? nah..... its no skin off their back that I am left without a car. I had four new tires installed. Two blew out three days after. The repaired it (apparently) then a day later the same tires went flat again. Returned to them and the replaced the front tire but not the rear that is problematic. The next day, rear tire went flat again. I've never dealt with this much hastle from tire "specialist". Perhaps they are too special to care about their product that can be a difference between being alive and death from accident. read more

Had to have tire plugged. Stopped here only because it's close to my home. First impression was not good. Several employees walked by me while I was in store without saying a word. After several minutes I decided to leave. Before I got to my car somebody stopped me and asked to help. Decided to give them a second chance. Told him what I needed, he told me it would be about a 90 minute wait. Two other cars were ahead of me in line. Rather than sit there for that long I walked home and waited for their call. Turned out to be 50 minutes. I was greeted upon my return, handed my keys and shown the screws that found their way into the tire. He told me I was good to go, but I knew I hadn't given him any payment info. When I asked how much the answer was no charge. Not sure why. Maybe that's their policy. Very friendly. Fixed my alignment in a timely fashion and gave me a run down on my brakes, shocks, tires, etc. without high pressure sales tactics. Will be back to see these guys for tires in a few months. ***UPDATE*** Nevermind, fixed the alignment, but left the front tires out of balance, had to go back and have it fixed. Then I tried them one last time to do a simple snow tire swap, and had to return the next day because both rear tires were flat, no quality control. Will not be back. read more
