When you first walk in it looks like a nice clean diner with wood floors, booths, and tables. There are several daily specials that you will surely love! The soups today were chicken noodle & navy bean... They were both delicious. My husband ordered the Royal Skillet Burger, it came with a bowl of (chicken noodle) soup, a mini coleslaw, large portion of crispy fries, and a pickle spear I ordered the BLT & E (egg) it was so delicious! It came with a bowl of (navy bean) soup and all of the same sides as my husband's meal. The food was hot and fresh! Our waitress was very attentive and kept my husband's drink full. We will definitely be back when we are in the area and highly recommend you give this place a try too!

We stopped at this place on our way from Chicago looking for a good breakfast. I absolutely enjoyed the vibe of walking into a local place, where I felt very homey. The drawback was that it took a long time for us to even place our order. By the time we finally got our food it was an hour later which was surprising. Food was decent. Could have used a but seasoning, however the crepes were delicious!

    Overcharged for a single meal.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this place managed to accomplish that. Service was bad, eggs over cooked, rude owner, and to top that off they don't know how to ring up a check properly. When she dropped off my skillet, didn't say a word and walked away. The eggs were over cooked and dry, I would have liked some hot sauce but never had a chance to ask for some. She dropped my check once I was done and somehow charged me $50+ for a single meal. Then I waited about 10-15 minutes at the register to pay while observing the owner being rude to people and cussing under his breath. He fixed my check as he complained about the server. I will definitely not be going back here and do not recommend, you can get a better breakfast at literally any other place.

The waitress was very friendly, and provided us complimentary pita bread and pita chips and a sample of orange/pomegranate juice. As an FYI, the dine in area is not very big so if you come during prime lunch time you may not be able to dine in. Overall if you want Mediterranean, I highly recommend Chef Abdul - a great chef and restaurant!

We were surprised when we walked in and saw the colorful menus with lots of options. The staff greeted us immediately while we decided what to order. We split the chicken kabob plate, an order of falafel (which we watched being made!), and french fries. The chicken was outstanding, tender and very tasty. It came with basmati rice, which was equally delicious. The freshly made falafel was perhaps the best we've had, and even the french fries had a delicate flavor. The prices were very reasonable and the staff could not have been nicer. We will go out of our way to return, even though we live 20 miles away.

Even if I bothered to drive all the way back to argue about it they would've been closed so no recourse. Food tasted like it would've been good but was mostly very dry. I did come an hour before closing but I don't think that means I should've been served mummified food. No sauces were included with my combination plate, don't know if that's nonsense protocol or another oversight as with my missing baba ghanouj. Part of the combination plate includes Spicy Chili Chicken which looks good on their website, red and well seasoned. But what I got was pale, bland and completely devoid of any spiciness. It's almost like they make their food in an unauthentic way to cater to white folks cuz they don't think we can handle the flavor ‍ I've used shawarma marinade packets from Jewel that tasted better than whatever they use. Also their pita bread is pretty low quality, like the difference between Turano and Butternut bread. Funny since that's their namesake. Won't be returning or recommending.

They have always* struggled with CONSISTENCY issues ever since they started (I've had raw chicken multiple times from them, now it's all burnt/dry), but it's more and more apparent recently. The meats are not only overcooked and EXTREMELY DRY, but the burnt exterior is a genuine *carcinogenic* (fact-check me) issue that leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth that is worse than sand IMO. The gyro meat is more grainy and un-chewable lately. The chicken is overcooked and dry as heck. The rice is undercooked and almost hard. The salads are less fresh, and I notice a distinct difference in the olives lately (more bitter and mushy, YUCK- I love good Kalamata olives, but NO thank you). I genuinely write this in a probably naive attempt to warn Kabobs that they are cutting too many corners that will probably, eventually, bite them. I would be very sad if that happened. I used to love Just Kabobs-- I've had great gyro and chicken and salad, etc, so I KNOW FROM THE PAST that they can do better. The main problem now* is that they are SUPER busy and they probably don't care about quality control because the money is rolling in, but I hope they will reverse course and get better quality ASAP. (PS; at their peak they are capable of 5/5 stars.-- I just feel that the quality has significantly* declined lately and it's sad to see, and waste money on. I couldn't stomach the burnt dry chicken kabobs I got last night and it's going to waste in my trashcan ).

Their menu is loaded with all the popular items (kabobs, shawarmas, etc), so chose their chicken shawarma bowl. The lady helping ring me up explained how it was made and that sounded great, which was the garlic sauce (sort of like toom) was on the bottom with the rice on top, salad next and then the protein on top. So, this is what I ordered. It was made fresh and came out piping hot. The rice in the dish was bland and the chicken was slightly more flavorful, which means it was basically bland as well. The garlic sauce and the salad were the best two flavors on this dish and I tried to grab some of that in each bite. I wasn't too impressed with the flavors of the chicken shawarma at all, but then again I prefer flavorful and authentic food and can't stand when ethnic restaurants cater to "Americans" by making their food less spicy/authentic. The place was rather busy when I went and the dining room was kept clean. Service was friendly. I'd recommend this place to those who don't have high expectations for spice, rather are looking for a nice experience.

Tables are best, tidy and the place is very clean. The Pakistani food is delicious, made fresh daily and they offer halal meat entrees. The menu has expanded quite a bit and offers dishes for every palette from non spicy to spicy both vegetarian and various meats. They had a huge catering order of over 50 Nihari containers that smelled and looked really good! (I'll have to try that next time too!). The Mediterranean Grill items provide hummus, salad and rice accompaniments! I ordered the boneless chicken breast shish kabab which had a generous amount of meat. We also ordered the chicken tikka which came with 4 pcs (2 leg quarters). All the meat had nice seasonings, flavor and were not overly spiced. We ordered 2 lacha paratha's to accompany all the chicken that were really tasty. Even though we were full, we couldn't stop eating the rest of the paratha's! The chai and kheer was spot on and not to be missed! We plan on returning on a weekend to try their puri halwa. It looked wonderful and plentiful, the plate could hardly contain all the rice, meats , salad and pita bread, which we put on a napkin. Sauce that accompanied was good. I tried her schwarma sauce and liked it . She went to the counter to get me a serving. He gave it to her without charging for it , which was a nice surprise.
