I really wish I checked yelp before coming here. I got the Singapore stinger and it's so bad I can't even finish it. It's way oversauced and the sauce itself smells and tastes like farts. Not really a saving grace. I also thought this would be more of a sit down than it is, but it's fast casual. Skip this place.

This was a great find, the reviews were pretty bad when we first read them. We wanted something warm a soup like, the dishes we got were delicious and the employees were very helpful in making our choices. I think you gotta be open minded when eating here, there is different types of cuisine fir different tastes, we stuck to the Asian noodle dishes, surprisingly good choices. My fiancé had Tokyo hot pot and i had the sesame lo mein. Both delicious dishes for a very cold day. Overall 3.5/4 stars

Order the Pad Thai. DO IT. I literally could just end my review there because it's life changing. Small, unassuming place but full of fun pics, exposed brick walls, and very friendly and welcoming staff. They have many options which I'm sure are great, but my wife and I both ordered the pad Thai. Now, we love Thai food and get Pad Thai very often. I don't think this is an exaggeration when I say this might be in the top 5 or even very top Pad Thai we've ever tasted. It's very balanced in its sweet-to-savory ratio. We also added extra peanuts and lime at the end (it's a nice touch for all the meals to come with 3 free additional toppings at the end). If you come here, let me know if you liked it as much as we did!

Good stuff for the whole family. Dropped in here after a National Park marathon with the whole fam aged 2-40 I don't remember... it was basically a suburban full tho. Anyways everyone had something they liked and the cultural variety was enough were if folks wanted one genre they got it and if they wanted something more traditional they got that. Would definitely go back because yum

My wife and I both switched to pork dishes, only to learn from the server that they had stopped buying pork because it doesn't sell well and the new menus hadn't been printed yet. All of this probably primed us for the disappointment that followed. My wife ordered jjajang, which should have been a treat. Although jjajang is popular in Korea, it doesn't appear on many Korean restaurant menus in the U.S. because Koreans think of it as a Chinese dish, even though the Chinese analogue, zha jiang mian, is actually quite different. Jjajang is a noodle dish with a variety of ingredients, but what makes it distinctive is the musky flavor and black color of the fermented beans that form the base of the sauce. The jjajang at I‑Ho certainly looked right, but it lacked the deep umami flavor, turning what should have been a memorable dish into an ordinary one. I ordered the Dak‑Go‑Gi‑Bob and asked for a spice level of 4. The problem was that they apparently spiced the dish with chili powder. That seems logical enough, but the chili powder, while amping up the heat, also changed the flavor profile in an unpleasant way. A more authentic and better approach would have been to adjust the heat with more gochujang. I was also surprised to see banchan on the appetizer menu for $8. When I lived in Korea, I never once had to pay extra for banchan. I understand the business logic - if I‑Ho doesn't include banchan with the entrées, they can charge less for the main dishes - but it still felt very un‑Korean to me. I'm giving the restaurant three stars partly out of kindness and partly because I don't want to rate it lower based on a single visit. That said, our experience was below the American average for Korean restaurants, and the food did not deliver the bold, delicious flavors I enjoyed in Korea.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Perfectly priced…read more Being from California, finding authentic Asian food in Bozeman is definitely a tough one, but I-Ho did NOT disappoint! Look forward to going back.

The food looks and taste well prepared but I have always feel odd about it, as if the flavors are not always exactly right. It feels like something is missing. It's almost like one small ingredient is not there, so the dish is not quite the same as the real version. They also experiment with new dishes which is a huge plus, so expect a different menu every so often.

The Fungi Pizza: This is our usual go-to, but the dine-in version was totally off. For takeout, they pack the greens separately so you can control the heavy lime flavor, and they include a cream of mushroom sauce that makes it incredibly creamy. In the restaurant, they forgot the cream sauce entirely and piled the greens on top with so much lime it tasted like biting into lemons. We tried adding salt and pepper to cut the intense acidity, but it didn't help at all. The Japan Chicken: On the plus side, the Japan Chicken was excellent--incredibly juicy and crispy. This dish is actually much better when you dine in. When we get it for takeout, it loses its crunch and ends up feeling like a basic chicken nugget. Definitely order this one fresh at the table.

This place has a terrible parking situation and was virtually empty when we arrived, but our server still managed to be MIA almost the entire time we were there. The chicken pho was too salty--and believe us when we say that it takes a lot for us to say as much. However, it was flavorful and there was a decent amount of meat. Our daughter opted for the beef pho with rare flank, and that was also pretty tasty with a rich broth that you could really taste the meat in. (Sidebar: we have been to dozens of pho restaurants in our lives and they always--always!--have a kid's pho option. Not here though! So we had to order her a portion that was three times what she would normally eat and three times the price as well.) The chicken broken rice dish was fine with its grilled meat, perfectly regular rice, and veggies. Nothing special, but it was what it needed to be. We got a couple boba teas for dessert and the canteloupe slushee was so sweet that it was gross, and the taro smoothie ended up being pure liquid because all the ice had melted. It wasn't very good. We almost feel like we can't complain because this is the only pho place in Bozeman, Montana, and we were lucky that there was even one! And the soup was pretty passable. So, three stars, as expected.
