It was ready in 20 (on a Saturday too- impressive), and ready to go. The staff are awesome. They had such great energy. There were about 4-5 of them, all working on something, and it was nice to see a properly staffed place where each person was contributing without it feeling too stressful/busy. There are a lot of cute touches- free stickers, a dinosaur vending machine, local art. It was a joy to walk in the door and wait for my meal. The waffle was amazing. A tad sweet, which complimented the flavors well. They have really perfected this and I am already hoping to make a trip back soon for more!

I even asked the barista and they kindly switched my Americano for their decaf drip. But that was just as bad so it's definitely the roast.
