It is a long drive for me from Katy to Houston. I know they have delivery service but I love to go there when I have an opportunity because it feels like I'm visiting my family. All of them are so friendly, always a nice smile of welcome back and full of good energy, no matter how busy they are. If I'm buying only a single piece of foam, it feels like they appreciate the business without discrimination. Business is business but they give you more, great services, great product, great prices and an awesome welcome back. All of this is what I want to get every time I go shopping. I hope you will have the opportunity to visit them if it is only to check it out. I made the mistake of using this company for a raccoon removal. The tech was friendly enough, but…read moreon one visit he decided in order to fix the problem that he would put a ridiculous amount of screws and a hideous silver screen onto the front of a historic home in order to fix the problem while I was not there, rather than sealing on the inside because it was harder to get to. Had I not driven up when he was about halfway through, he would have finished and left. He told me that many houses do that to keep animals out. After looking up and down the street and not seeing any homes that did that, he backed down. I did require him to seal and repaint, which he did. We wanted the raccoon gone before it paid us a visit inside the house from the attic, so we decided to pay more for a national company. That was a mistake. Knowing what we know now, we paid twice the going rate for this service. And as is usual when dealing with a large company, we should have gone local. Lesson learned. And now, 6 months after the service, which was paid IN FULL at the time of service, they are threatening to send me to collections for not paying the bill that we paid at the time of service. I have provided the canceled checks, which show their bank and account number on the back, and show the funds as removed from my account, not one, not two, but THREE times and I am still being harassed. In addition to this, our tech told us that unless we paid in full at the time of service he would not perform the service because insurance would not cover him for any incidents that may happen, which is total and complete bologna, but I paid anyway so he would work. Most recently we received a call from the manager who assured us it was taken care of and we would never hear from them again. That was a month ago. We've had 4 more notices since then, including two in one day. They say that in business there are three things - good, fast and cheap - and if you just expect two of those, everyone will be happy on both sides of a deal. I got none of the three with this situation. It was and continues to be not good, not fast, not cheap, and very frustrating. Trutech, if you're reading this, feel free to talk to your tech, your regional, and your accounts receivable department and you'll find copies of the canceled checks. I highly do not recommend this company. It has been nothing but frustrating to deal with them since the beginning. And we have been hearing an animal upstairs again...which they were supposed to have sealed. Don't just walk, run to a different business for your wildlife removal needs.
