There was only one small issue we ran into. This location didn't have a check-in option from our email confirmation, so we had to use the kiosk, which is no big deal but the kiosk required a passcode. The Love's employee came out to help. They said that some customers log out of the iPad completely, not knowing they don't need to. Again, not a big deal but being able to check-in from our confirmation email is a plus. We have been keeping an eye on the new RV Hookup locations popping up and planning our travels accordingly. It's nice to be able to fuel up and stay after a long day.
