It was freshly made, and it only served at 3-7 PM daily. It was unlike the other drinks. The sweetness level has been fixed. Pearls were super fresh and warm. Pearls were perfectly cooked and very smooth. We also tried one of their signature drinks - Yifang Fruit Tea 一芳水果茶. You can specify the temperature (hot/cold/ice content) and sweetness level (30/50/70/100%) for your drinks. It served in fresh fruit (apple, oranges and passion fruit) in the fruit tea, unlike the other places. I was thrilled to find this change from the norm. They were pretty thoughtful, they even gave you a fork to eat the fruits too. Yi Fang has various locations. This one is located in Burquitlam neighbourhood. Food: 4/5 Should Try! Recently I just found dubai chocolate cookie hello kitty version on instagram, so curious, and I revisited. I got dalgona cream latte and dubai cookie. I am so glad their drink flavor is back and just as great as before. Dalgona cream was so creamy and good when it mixed with milk. Dubai cookie 's kataifi filling was great. So crunchy with very bold chocolate flavor. It is called "cookie" however, to me, it felt more like Dubai chocolate mochi. Texture was so soft and chewy. It was great. Overall, I am happy I revisited. Next time, I will try different item I had never tried.

The interior is bare (concrete everything) but very modern looking. No complaints, other than the place echoes a bit. Drinks can be had in 2 sizes.
